My daughter pediatrician is the best she communicate very well and she is amazing with my daughter she treats my daughter with great respect

I was treated so badly by the easton pediatric receptionist. It’s a shame too bc I have never had a problem with the doctors or nurses. They canceled my sons physical that I booked a year ago bc his doctor was on medical leave which I totally understand but could not offer me another apt until 4 months after his physical was due. I needed proof of immunization for his school nurse so when I tried switching to another pedi the woman told me it was going to take 6 weeks to transfer his records. She was beyond rude and sarcastic and her rudeness was unnecessary and unprofessional. I understand that they lost a lot of staff and everyone is struggling but they need to do better for their current patients and they definitely need to treat the patient kinder. I have never experienced a level of rudeness like this. I hope this was just a bad day and it’s not a normal thing!

I booked my physical three months in advance. Had to postpone my vacation for this appointment.
When I got to the clinic, they said my physical exam was rescheduled for three months later. Nobody cared enough to give me a call.
I will look for other doctor, on a more efficient and responsible hospital.
Total disregard for their patients here.
Shame!!!

Great place for pediatric doctors. Work around your needs. Willing to squeeze you in when they think it is necessary. Have had nurse call us when they have cancelations. Always happy around treatment. They even keep well visit patients separate from sick visit patients.

Used to be a good place, at least for me. Since Dr Masood left I feel like I have to be begging at the doctor to give me a decent treatment, I have to tell her what test should she do. It is unacceptable I have been waiting for months to get the proper care and to get an answer to my symptoms, but nothing happens. When they finally gave me a referral I had to wait two more months. I have been waiting since may when my symptoms started and now we are in October. I am in the search for a new doctor and facility, with corona virus going around it hasn’t been easy to find a new one.

Obgyn repeatedly misdiagnosed me with GD was hard to get direct answers from and repeatedly told me I was in danger of many different things that can happen during Pregnancy. Transferred to dr ludgin at tufts instead and she is amazing! I’m so happy I left that awful practice. Women at reception were mostly rude and impatient. Heard the staff refer to patients as “customers more than once and could hear other “customers “ visits in the next room. So there was no reasonable privacy. Was given steroid shots that were not needed. So whatever you do if you don’t want a misdiagnosis stay away from signature healthcare. Go to tufts! Protect yourself and your child.

Ive been waiting since February to get an appointment with an endocrinologist and now im sitting in an empty parking lot because for the 5th time my appointment has been cancelled! Not only that but in pediatrics the receptionist is rude, I was told I couldn't see my doctor, I ended up in the hospital weeks later with serious health issues. Every doctor I've had is rude, doesn't listen to me, and people I know have had the same experiences.

We moved to Massachusetts almost two years ago from Ohio and were having ahead time finding a dr for our children we we had a great practice back home that was really hard to leave, but someone suggested Dr filler to us and we are so thankful our kids absolutely love her and so do we. We are so thankful for such a great referral, the other staff and doctors we have met have also been so friendly and wonderful. I highly recommend this place and her as a dr I’m a little I’m picky side when it comes to everything , I do happy we found the perfect fit four kiddos
