Honestly would get better healthcare from a k mart. This place and its employees are beyond ghetto, I don’t have words for lack of promptness and how often I have to chase these people. I had an infection that impacted my unborn baby and had to chase and call for 2 days because they didn’t put the prescription in. Absolutely craziness here.

Almost went here for my current pregnancy that started back in October and the receptionist asked for my SSN, I told her I wasn't comfortable giving it over the phone and she said she needed it to verify my identity (after already asking my name and date of birth) and told me she'd transfer me to someone else then. The next person was much less rude and told me she had no idea why the first women even asked me for my SSN since there was no other patient with my name and date of birth in their system. Super sketchy, I went elsewhere.

Stay away from this place, horrible medical practice! Staff are not trained and I’m not even sure if anyone here is certified or even knows what they are doing ! Looses test results, gives you false results and then apologizes! Schedules you and then when you go no doctor available, I was told everything was great with my pregnancy until I had a visit at the hospital and was told other wise. Visits are 10 mins they rush you out of there. This place needs to be shut down. Stay away from here!!!

misdiagnosed me with a molar pregnancy (super rare condition in which a tumor grows instead of a fetus). was told i needed to get a D&E or i could die, and that i might have cancer and there was no other way to check. was told that there was never a fetus, just a tumor.

got the surgery after lots of convincing because i knew in my heart something wasn’t right. pathology came back, confirming what i knew. it wasn’t a molar pregnancy, there was fetal tissue in my uterus. it was most likely a missed miscarriage, but because of the way this happened, the contents of my uterus (my dead fetus) are now sitting in a jar with blue dye in a reference room for medical training. well, i hope it teaches someone to never do this to another human being again.

now the office won’t stop sending me messages asking me to come back in for the aftercare treatment of the WRONG diagnosis. i did not have a molar pregnancy, i do not need the molar pregnancy blood tests or aftercare.

also had terrible bedside manner when they told me my pregnancy wasn’t viable. i felt rushed through my tears, like i wasn’t supposed to be emotional in that moment. i think it might be because i’m young, but i wanted that baby. entire experience there was just simply traumatic and painful. won’t be going back when/if i conceive again.
