Generally an amazing doctors office , but they do not enforce the “sick visit/well visit” sides of their waiting room like advertised when you walk in.. i know this is more on parents who don’t pay attention , but it would be nice if families who were sick were directed only to that area , to avoid getting newborns sick for their first visits.

I really tried to give Signature a chance with my son’s care. The doctors we met with were always kind, and I appreciated that I could call the sick line at anytime to get guidance. But one too many things were missed, and I decided to take my son elsewhere. In the spring he had a blood test and iron levels were low, which should have been addressed immediately. But we weren’t even informed about it until almost 6 months later, when another doctor asked what we’d been doing to address it. They also didn’t give him one of the vaccines he was supposed to get without informing us. We didn’t learn about until his physical 6 months later, when a different doctor reviewed his charts and told us he was behind. The last straw happened when I called to dispute a billing charge (a copay on what should’ve been a routine physical). I was told that, because the doctor asked us about an ongoing health issue that was outside the standard physical questions, we were charged for the annual physical AND a sick visit. To be clear, we did not request a sick visit - we just answered the doctor’s questions about his ongoing health issues. We’re trying to dispute the charge now, but I’m furious that they would even try to do this, especially without informing us ahead of time.
