My orthopedic surgeon recommended Dr. Gormon and her clinic. I have traditional medicare with supplement G that I pay out of pocket specifically to provide robust coverage. I haven't found a medical provider that doesn't accept this. I searched the website and tried to use their link for new patients. I saw nothing about medicare refusal. It simply returned an error. I called the office and was told pointedly they do not accept medicare. I tried to explain I have traditional medicare and supplement G ( I pay for all of these). Blunt response of NO. Smacks to me a bit of age discrimination. I weight lift heavy daily and cycle intensely for 40 years.

Avoid this place if you're older. You're clearly not welcome.

Called today to get more info. The woman on the phone was super rude. Directed me to the website. Wasn’t willing to answer questions about the practice via phone. Super bummed because it had great reviews. Do not get it. Very poor first impression and worst of all couldn’t get any questions answered to see if it’s a good fit for me.

Front desk and all medical staff are super friendly and efficient. My primary doctor, Dr. Lam, is probably the best primary doctor I've ever had. Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Excellent staff. I will continue recommending family and friends here.

Super happy with Dr Gorman and the staff here! It’s so hard to find a Dr you trust and can count on and Dr Gormans office does just that. Recently needed to get my husband in to see a Dr , he had not established a primary Dr here in CA since we moved here a few years ago . He desperately needed to see a Dr for his medical issue and he was able to get in immediately! They were very thorough and competent when they evaluated him and got him the tests he needed to be on the road to recovery.

I have been going to the Dr. Gorman’s office for the last ten years. The front desk lady is exceptional (same person all these years), always friendly and competent. I never had issues with billing or scheduling an appointment. Appointments usually are available as soon as the next day if you have an urgent issue. As for the quality of health care provided: even though there was a turnover of the medical professionals ( NP’s, MD’s) through the years, all doctors and nurses here are always super attentive and helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience here.

Crystal was incredible. I was nervous at first because Dr. visits can be nerve wracking. From beginning to end she was extremely thorough and did not rush the appointment. She made sure to listen to my concerns and was very kind in her responses. Lightly asked about my diet and exercise, but never made it a topic of concern. Which gave me confidence in talking more about my goals and concerns.
The staff was very friendly, music was playing in the room that was soothing. I felt very well cared for. Looking forward to the future with health maintenance at Silicon Valley Sports Medicine.

I am a new patient and saw a PA, Crystal, in this practice who did my annual physical. First, I was professionally greeted by the office staff. The facility is large and clean. Crystal was attentive and made be feel comfortable. I also appreciated the online health portal which allows you to send emails to the practitioners and receive test results. I am very satisfied with Dr. Gorman's team!
