This practice is not like many others! The office staff is kind and helpful. The nursing staff takes their time as well. The physician is professional as well as personable. I feel that they offer quality service all while achieving an efficient practice. Thank you for a respectful visit.

At first I was happy to find out I could get a new patient appointment with the doctor within one day, when other doctors I had called were booked for several weeks. The woman asked me to arrive early to complete paperwork, so I did. While waiting, I noticed that there was a prominent board in the small waiting room with a whole bunch of Bible verses on it next to names of diseases and disorders. Essentially, the board implied that if you follow the Bible, you can avoid diseases. Next to the disease HIV/AIDS, the doctor of COURSE had to list the homophobic verses of the Bible such as "man shall not lie with man as man lies with woman." As a gay man, I find it highly offensive that a doctor would resort to these scare tactics, and imply that being gay means you will get AIDS. I certainly do not have the disease and now have to wonder if the doctor would treat me the same as his other patients due to my sexual orientation.

Despite my disgust that a doctor would use his waiting room as a place to impose his misguided religious beliefs and bigotry, I decided to wait around because I wanted my real world medical issue addressed. They took my co-pay before I even went in to see the doctor. They also gave me a vaccination chart to fill in "to the best of my memory".

An hour after my appointment was scheduled to begin, I still had not been called back, so I approached the window and asked when I could expect to be seen by the doctor. They told me I was next in line to go to a room and wait some more until he got done with another patient. At that point, I asked for a refund of my co-pay and left.

I never saw the doctor, so I can't say anything about his knowledge/skills, but I have a bad taste in my mouth based on his religious propaganda in the waiting room and lack of care for my time.

I made an appointment for my FAA medical on a Friday 7/5. When i showed up, the office was closed! They have agate around the parking lot and building. It was pad locked closed. I will never return. I will find a new examiner. I wish the one in Altamonte was still alive he was fantastic!

And the doctor took a x-ray of my knee ... The muscle I injured was in between the vastus medialis and the vastus lateralis
