I spent $1200 dollars on the light therapy to lose weight did everything they said and lost no weight I think they took me for my $1200 they said doing the light therapy I would lose I can’t remember what it said 15 to 20 pounds in 12 weeks I lost exactly 0 this was for myself a gift to myself how I feel right now as I was taking advantage of for $1200 they tried to talk me into doing one more 12 week session for another thousand dollars I refused please don’t waste your money I couldn’t afford to do it But I did it anyway I feel like a total fool thank you Barbara Pacheco

This is an outstanding practice.  I go to Silverdale Wellness for several services.  The experiences have dramatically improved my sense of well-being and hope for a healthier future.  I wish everyone had the opportunity to receive such compassionate, quality, holistic care.

First, I work with compassionate Janet, who helps me with fibromyalgia by using the Trifecta Light Bed.  Janet has gone out of her way to work with the founders of this light therapy to adjust the light settings to maximize the healing process for me, reduce inflammation, and mitigate further fibromyalgia flairs.

Second, Dr. Lane, a top-notch chiropractor, has helped me recover from a lower back fusion and keeps me working towards a healthier life overall with comprehensive chiropractic care. As someone who lives on Zoom calls all day, I cannot imagine my pain if I didn't have Dr. Lane's expertise to keep me aligned (pun intended).

Third, I see Emily, owner of Ascend Health, who helps me manage multiple aspects of my physical and mental health. Emily is a very bright, kind Nurse Practitioner who is constantly researching best practices. She is passionate about helping patients "make their own magic" to live life to the fullest.  And, because of her, I am on my way.

Finally, accolades to the welcoming and responsive staff who support these clinicians.  Everyone is always greeted with a warm smile and friendly words. The office environment is calm and nurturing.

I wholeheartedly recommend this team of expert, holistic clinicians for whatever may be holding you back from health and happiness.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have been visiting this office and being treated by Dr. Franklin for nearly a year now and I am very pleased with the entire staff. They are professional and welcoming. Dr. Franklin is really good at finding trouble spots and will modify how he treats me according to my specific needs during every visit. This center has great chiropractors and other health services. I am particularly fond of the Ideal Protein Diet program and my health coach, Dionne is awesome. If you visit, you won't be disappointed whatever your health condition and they utilize the latest technology with their services.

Dr Sean Joseph has been great with treating my back and neck pain. I used go entire days feeling pain and discomfort. Today, this has been reduced to only moderate and random times when my neck and back will cause me any troubles depending on what activities I do. I about 60-70% through my therapy and expect to be back to normal in the next month or two.
