Made an appointment 3 months in advance. I had a 10 AM appointment. 8 AM the day of the appointment SimonMed Imaging left a message stating my appointment was cancelled and I was to phone back to reschedule. When I phoned back I was told that the technician did not show up for work.

Indicative of the quality?

Wrong! Scheduled appoints should be honored. Technical staff should always be covered.

Great experience! The front desk receptionist was very nice and sociable. She made sure everything was prepared for my ultrasound. The wait time was not long at all. The worker who did my ultrasound was very nice and professional and made sure he hit all the spots my doctor wanted. This SimonMed is my favorite to go to and would recommend to everyone.

The receptionist was not at all eager to assist. After 20 minutes still had not had confirmation from my insurance company re copay. She replied “I’ve emailed them” I phoned them and straight away received the necessary information. The radiologist was fine, professional and courteous

This office got me in right away for my X-rays. They were fast and professional. I had been to 5 other locations that day and they all had excuses why they couldn't or wouldn't do X-rays. I was at the point to have my doctor change my orders so I could go to SMIL and have the X-rays done. Gave one last chance for SimonMed at the Ahatukee North location, glad I did Erica got me in and out of there in less than 15 minutes

Wonderful receptionist, terrible wait time. Don't have people check in 15 minutes before a 4:30 pm appointment then have to wait nearly an hour afterwards. To be fair, the pandemic has played havok with medical technicians, so I understand the long wait times often can't be helped. With that said, please have something else on the television. Local and network news is annoying and depressing (not to mention owned by conservative media conglomerates). Maybe some soothing AMSR, like the sound of flowing rivers or the beach.

I needed two ultrasounds STAT. The scheduler only added one. I drove 35 minutes out of the way because they said they could do both. When I arrived they said 1) one wasn’t scheduled and 2) required me to fast.

In addition, there was not a bathroom inside the office. I had to physically leave and enter a main building - with an overly full bladder since the exam didn’t start on time.
