I went in for and MRI. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman that conducted it but I appreciate him so much! They were behind, which is understandable, and he was very kind and was wonderful about letting me know what to expect. It went very well and if I have to go again (I hope not) this is where I will go again.
Thank you so much!

Came in for a walk-in x-ray; checked online for wait times and said only 2 in line a head of me; arrived at 4:05 and checked in was easy, showed driver’s license, order form and insurance card and completed one small form and was done by 4:25. Front desk staff and x-ray tech were both friendly and helpful!

Very polite and courteous staff. The MRI TECH Daniel, was great and front desk staff were polite also. Xray TECH wasn't available as scheduled, but MRI is medically more substantial & reliable view for doctors & my spine doctor was able to use MRI for final diagnosis, so it worked out. The front desk staff made me a copy of MRI on a CD disc for me also, even though my spine doctor was able to view MRI online also. Disc is useful for future.

I had my appointment last year around this time. Made my appointment for this year at this time. So...it's been on the books since September of 2023.
I have received multiple requests for confirmation over the past few weeks
I responded to all of them in the positive.
I got a phone call today ( less than 24 hours before my appointment). I missed the call and called them back. Confirmed my appointment again! Now I get a call at 1230 that my appointment has been cancelled due to machine recallibration. WHAT?

I had scheduled a mammogram and MRI. Front desk insisted that not only did I not have an MRI scheduled but that they did not have an order from my doctor for an MRI. I called the scheduling line and they confirmed that I did have an appointment and order and that I was at the right office… still front desk insisted that I didn’t have an appointment… this went on for 20 mins, finally front desk said “you are all set for your MRI”. I asked what happened… turns out front desk was looking at a different patient on the computer, never bothered to double check that she had my information on the screen. Very frustrating. The actual procedures went very well, all techs and radiologists were awesome. Front desk needs some help/additional training.

The professionalism at Simon Med was the best card I've had. The staff was so caring. I have two rods in my back and the x rays tech did his homework to make sure I was a aloud to have an MRI on my knee with rods in my back before ever putting me in the MRI machine. That's great patient care. Thank you so much for the professionalism from the entire staff. You all rock.

Had to wait over an hour for my appointment. Would have been nice for a phone call that they were running behind. I had to drive over 30 minutes to this location. I would have just changed my appointment time if I would have know my 15 minute mri was going to take and hour and like 45 minutes.

The front desk and technician did fine work and I appreciate them. HOWEVER, I had an MRI a week ago for my prostate. This is a very nerve-racking time for me and my family since, as a 70-year-old, it is unsure if something very serious relating to my prostate exists. Since the report had not been completed by the radiologist by the third day, I called customer service and was assured it would be done in 2-3 hours. It was not. I called again on day 4 and was told the radiologist would receive a call and text to expedite asap. Again nothing. My question to the radiologist is: “If this were you or a member of your family, how long would you have waited for the results?” I suspect it would have been a priority. My hope is the radiologist and his or her family never has to experience this type of unnecessary stress from the indifference of a medical practitioner.
