I came to this location due to it being fairly less busy than the other locations with lower wait times. My employer recently switched insurance carriers and gave me little info but Holly was able to help me get it situated and get me in with minimal issues? all the staff seems very welcoming and friendly even first thing in the morning. This is my second time at this location. As good as my experience was, hopefully I don’t need to return for any health related reasons lol

I always have a wonderful experience here, but it is so irritating to walk in here and wait for 5 minutes before being acknowledged by admin staff. They are nice and competent when they finally do acknowledge you, but how hard is it to simply look up from your computer when someone walks in and say "good morning, we will be right with you"? It goes a long way for customer service.

Jose was the representative I spoke with today and he was absolutely horrendous. He has no customer service skills and no business being in this business. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and he let it ring through to hang up sending me to a dead end. I will absolutely 100% every time I am asked give the worst review for this location. Get it right ! People are sick, and this is ridiculous !

Staff at facility great but billing is shady. They could not give me my copay amount , first they said it was 680$, then they said 520$ . I ended up paying cash with no insurance and it was 350$, then i get a bill saying my copay was 430$ and i owe another 110$ when i didnt end up even using my insurance. They are just trying to get all the money they can. How can they not know my copay, it’s 20% of the price of the imaging. This does not seem kosher

This has been my favorite imaging location and it still is. It was about 3 years ago when I had my last imaging there and it has really changed My goodness they have totally rearranged the rooms and have all the women's imaging in one area clinic very private very supportive and the lady that did my decks of scan and my x-ray was a amazing. She was so professional and I said to her Have you been doing this long she said yes 13 years I said well you are the best x-ray tech I have ever had.

Service was professionally done with only a short delay from my scheduled time. The SimonMed system which determines insurance copay’s is always way off, requiring a large up front payment and then the patient battling to get the resulting overpayment refunded.

If I could put in no star I would. My appt was at 1130hrs, I arrived at 1113 hrs. Came in and was told they were running behind. Waited, and noticed a couple get called and I was before them. The attendant at front desk called my name. Went to desk in front of where I'm sitting. She asked if I was here at all times. I said yes. She said that they called my name. Someone did say a name that sounded like blufsa no kidding. Now I'm told that I'd have to wait longer. I suggested to the desk attendant to inform those coming from the exam area to call names louder especially to us sitting on the other side or may be hearing impaired. This is my 3rd, perhaps 4th experience here and each time I come here I wish that they would close down and some other entity would move here. This is very unprofessional. I just had an ablation on my lower back yesterday and now forced to sit in these hard chairs. I arrived at 1113 and it is now 1207. I still have not been seen. If you're facility is going to have people wait especially those who had an appt then install accommodated seating. I wonder how long those patients have to wait if they're a walk in. This is so bad, that i remember walking out on a last appointment and going somewhere elseI'm going. On Nextdoor and let neighbors know. Even Yelp. This makes no sense

Staff rude. Speak with an attitude. I was scheduled for one exam, they made me reschedule for later that same afternoon due to me needing a different exam according to them. I checked back in the second time and they performed the regular exam. Waste of my time! Adriana was the worst. Didn't like her attitude.
