The facility was clean, parking was fine but that’s because my appointment was at 6:30am. I couldn’t get a later start time. Figured I was probably the 1st or 2nd person of the day. I didn’t get called until 7:10 then waited inside for about 5 more minutes. My early morning appointment was 45 minutes late. Other than waiting to get my MRI and having to do it so early in the morning everything else was fine. Staff were all great.

Getting an appointment was pure torture from first of 4 calls to insurance pre authorization which never happened. The LosGatos facility on Bascom is old and run down inside. Changing rooms are a closet. No privacy really. I would try not to go back.
The tech was the nicest part of entire experience. He was pleasant and set expectations well.

This MRI was a good experience (well, as good as an MRI can be anyway).

I arrived on time and due to delays in the previous appointment, mine was just a little bit over. Not much and not troublesome.

Once in there, my technician was friendly, efficient and caring about my comfort. I had brought my own earplugs but she offered headphones which I took as well and it made the scanning procedure considerably less noisy. The actual scan itself was probably half the time of what I've been used to in having MRIs done. She said their machine was "fast". I don't understand the technicalities but having a shorter MRI experience was great for me!

I definitely would return to this location if I needed to do another one.

The front staff is rude. I waited 55 minutes for my appointment. And when I asked the lady at the front desk, Karla, she rudely responded that she can’t do anything because the technician is running behind schedule. The technician herself was very courteous, and apologized for the delay. She looked overworked and exhausted. I wouldn’t risk going to this lab any longer with overworked staff and front desk who doesn’t have the courtesy to handle delays gracefully . I usually go to Valley imaging, and going back there after this experience.

I had a CT scan at your Los Gatos facility on Dec. 27, 2024. I was told my results would be received in 1-3 business days. I am still waiting for my results on Jan.8, 2025 as my doctor has yet to receive them. This is very poor patient service and care. SimonMed Imaging is not providing acceptable care to our community!

It was terrible experience just getting the appointment. It took numerous calls. Then they called me numerous times to reschedule. Then they called me 3 times in one day asking for the same information. Then I was finally signed up but found out it was the wrong exam. They canceled my appointments multiple times because the technician didn’t come to work. Once I got there the exams were fine. But then I continued to get texts for weeks maybe a month saying I needed to reschedule. Ugh! It was a nightmare!

This place will play games with you. Send you emails and texts last minute schedule changed, ins. Auth was approved then they go back and forth that it's not when I clearly was on the phone with the manager the day before and it was approved!! If you can't handle simple auth. What are you images really like
They did eventually make me an appointment one thing I do have to say is that they never were rude in any way and as a patient I appreciate that more than anything. Especially after your Dr. Puts in a stat MRI. They were %150 professional!!

I went in to SimonMed for my first ever MRI. The staff was professional, kind, and very helpful. The tech explained everything well and me feel completely at ease before, during, and after the procedure. I was able to leave with a CD of my images right after the scan was done. I would recommend going here for your imaging needs.
