Office can't answer phone. When I call, I am present. When you have to leave a voicemail for them to call back, I may not be available. I just had a simple question about insurance that is very consequential and time sensitive for me. But they're too busy. Hmm,,, what a way to treat the mentally ill. Don't pay attention to them!

Went to this place for antidepressant meds and talk therapy. Quit after 5 months. Multiple missed telehealth appointments with my counselor bc they didn't call. I told my prescriber there on our last appointment (I say that bc she's a NP) that after 5 months my psyche meds weren't working, she totally disregarded me by saying "you dont sound depressed" and made our next appointment for 3 months out. Didn't even ask if I wanted to discontinue or change my meds. Way to monitor someone on psyche meds! Left to wean off my meds myself (I did so safely with the help of a nurse friend). If they did that to someone who was a more severe case they could have ended up dead. But oh well as far as they're concerned I guess.

Sinai has a habit of taking patients they discharged who have mental health issues and dropping them at libraries and shelters with little to no support. It's disgusting that they practice this.

I wasn't real impressed with either the pills or the advice. As I could feel my life inexorably going off the rails, I hoped that mental health professionals would help connect me with the right services, support, and mindset. That wasn't how it worked out.

this place is like a guessing game i been taking my son who is 21 now an adult and due out the time doctor still haven’t been able to help me control my son bad behavior and just add on medication after medication like my son is in to be testing medications and still no solution

This is the worst hospital I have ever been to. I came in for the mental health stabilization. THE WORKERS STOLE $300 OUT OF MY PURSE. I TALKED TO SECURITY ANDED ASKED FOR THEM TO CHECK THE CAMERAS AND THE MAN IN SECURITY SAID NO AND TOLD ME TO LEAVE. IN A PHYSICALLY THREATENING WAY WALKING TOWARDS ME. THEY ARE ALSO BLATANLY RACIST. I HAVE A LAWSUIT FILED WITH MY LAWYER. THEY ARE NOT GETTING AWAY WITH THIS. THIS WAS IN SEPTEMBER 2017.
