I will start off by saying that I had 2 prior facials and loved the process. My last appointment I arrived at 8:55 for a 9:00 appointment. Was led to the back at 9:06. Didn’t see anyone until 9:15, when they started the misting process. I laid there until 9:45 without being seen, talked to or anything. I decided to leave, Pissed off that I wasted my time.

I have been here before. It was a mess today. I have no idea where the owner was, but I've been there when she was, it was not the same. The employees were loud the entire time that I was there. Diamond was in and out of the room the entire time, more unorganized than anything. I can assume the joke was on me, because as I entered the lobby, everyone went silent. How unprofessional and reckless.

I live in Atlanta so I order their products online. They need to work on their shipping schedule. I ordered on Sept 1st, and it's Sept 18th and still haven't received an email with tracking information. Estimated delivery was Sept 12th. And since the shipping costs are not cheap, I was expecting my delivery to be on time, or at least an email by now. This is now the 3rd time this has happened with me ordering online. I really like their products, but they need a better system for their online orders.

I just want to say very good customer service. I called about my order I placed online the same day I did it to make sure everything was good. Women over the phone fixed it and my package literally came the next day literally. I was shocked! This will be my 3rd day using the product and to be honest I feel I feel a difference in my face. But I pray I see a huger difference in April. My mother been on my butt about this product for two years now so I finally got it and I’m excited to see the new look

My first visit was this past Saturday, the staff was very professional & knowledgeable, friendly , and answered all my question, the atmosphere was fantastic, I am so glad I found this place, they are the best, I've been to many skin clinics over the years, this is the place for your skin care needs! I can see the results and it's only been 3 days since my facial and using my skin care products, a bunch of wonderful sisters on point! you wont be disappointed! Charles

Update! It's never a quiet spa experience you can hear the the front area conversations and they talk loud. Products are great but you will get put in a room and they will forget about you. Shipping is high if you order product's online, base charge is $10 something and you get the package they only paid $8
