DO NOT COME HERE

Saw an add this morning on IG so I decided to book an appointment for 1:30. I live in Monterey about an hour and a half away. Called a few minutes before my appointment to let them know I was stuck in their roundabout parking lot. Awful location by the way, I had no idea it was in some weird awkward shopping center.
Anyways, there was no answer so I left a message thinking everything was okay. I walked in immediately letting the lady at the desk know I had just left a message and I was having trouble parking and finding the building. She then proceeded to tell me they have a 5min grace period and it had been 6min so that I needed to reschedule. This is absolutely INSANE. She said her manager had the phone so she couldn’t answer or listen to my voicemail. She was not helpful or accommodating to anything. Shouldn’t the person at the front desk be answering calls? But now my day has to be ruined over 1 minute that couldn’t be accommodated? Like this girl didn’t even try. Maybe it’s the people that live here are used to driving long distances but driving 3 hours round trip for absolutely nothing I’m sure would piss anyone off.
Just go to your local med spa and save yourself the time and energy it takes to do business with this place.

Loved my first experience at Skin Laundry! The staff and RN were friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The 15-minute laser facial was painless and relaxing, and I woke up with noticeably brighter, more hydrated skin. And the best part? No downtime!
