The location was difficult to access during construction, buy appointments were not difficult and the staff is exceptional, helpful and professional. I recommend these folks.

Had an online visit with a Dr about getting a sleep study done. I was told someone would call me. Almost 3 weeks later, no one has called. I've called and left 2 messages now to get a call back. We'll see if they finally call. It shouldn't be this hard.....

I would avoid this clinic at all costs. The former provider left because she warned NAH repeatedly that the way it operates is not safe and not sustainable. NAH chose to let her leave instead of fixing it. If you need anything, prepare to make literally dozens of phone calls. I have one remaining issue I'd like to take care of this clinic (been trying since July, it's October) and then I'm done and will go out of town for my care. It has taken 2 years to get to a place with them that I could have gotten to in a few months with a functioning practice. Including things like they billed insurance I haven't had in 5 yrs and called the wrong phone number (I've had the same one the entire time I've lived in Flagstaff and the only one I've ever provided to NAH), eventually calling my husband claiming they can't reach me. More than once. Truly wild. I have called the patient representative number... and left a message. Tell me again how a new hospital is going to fix this.

Edited to add: I did have contact with the patient care specialist. I did finally receive a call back from the clinic and was assured my last issue was resolved. It was not. They just sent the same wrong prescription again. There is time to respond online to accurate and factual reviews, but not to provide patient care. Cool.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. We have had a horrible time trying to schedule appointments, multiple reschedules and the office won’t even respond to calls. Do yourself a favor a just go to Phoenix for a consult.

These people provide some of the worst customer service I can recall in a long time. After my sleep study the provider prescribed supplemental oxygen and it’s been well over a month and nothing from those folks. I call and leave messages. I leave messages on the portal. No response no calls and no oxygen. People say that they’re just in the business of selling CPAP and since I don’t qualify or need CPAP I am feeling that they’re correct and not really too impressed.
