I agree with the reviews stating that this office has a huge communication issue and also that the hold music is horrendous and distressing. I was told on Friday by one clinician that she would be "on call" during the weekend and that I could simply leave a message with the answering service and would get a call back. I followed suit but never got a call! Meanwhile I'm unable to use my CPAP machine and risk losing my insurance coverage. On an earlier occasion, I was placed on an intolerably long hold and was never connected to the person who as I later discovered tried to call me WHILE I WAS ON HOLD. I then called again, was reassured that I'd receive a call back and NEVER did. I had to put a message in the portal to finally get a call back.

On the night I was having my sleep study, Sue was kind and very helpful in explaining everything with clarity and kindness. I felt I was in good hands with someone knowledgeable that was making sure I would have the best care and evaluation possible. During the night she carefully monitored and adjusted the equipment so that I could get the best care for my needs. I went home knowing that I will be safe at night when I am sleeping. Thank you Sue!!!

Wow! Just back home after being turned away at the intercom of the 3640 Main St location. Tech told me my appt had been cancelled even though on Thursday I confirmed via text message. Asked him to call the on call doc and I was called back by Missy Novack. She told me she left me a message earlier today that my appt was cancelled (no VM on my phone or even a record of the incoming call). She offered to re-schedule me. I asked who in the office I could speak to in the morning, she offered to re-schedule me. I said I asked who I should speak to and got the name of an office manager. When I asked who the manager's boss is, I learned that Missy is part of the ownership group. HA! This is what ownership thinks of their clinic's professionalism and patients?!? Not even an "I'm sorry for this inconvenience." And this is a patient-facing owner? You're in a service industry and you lie that you called someone? Well Missy and Sleep Med of WNE, you're fired. There are dozens of sleep med clinics in MA and I'll not trust you with my health.

If I could choose zero Stars I would over the course of 10 months, three times I was called the day before an appointment and told that the provider was not going to be at that facility on the date that I was scheduled. Each time I was put at the end of the line to wait for the next available appointment which was 3 months out. The level of incompetence of the staff is astounding!

I had a very good experience at the Florence facility during my recent overnight Sleep Study. Certified Technician Sue was professional, skillful, kind and patient, which I deeply appreciated as the procedure is quite uncomfortable. Her warm, reassuring demeanor eased my anxiety and enabled me to relax for the 10+ hours I spent wired up there. The room was clean, well-appointed, and very quiet, with an option to lower the lights. The bathroom was easily accessible. Overall, I felt well-cared-for --kudos to Sue for excellent service!

I've never experienced service as rude as this.
On January 30 2024, I had an appointment with Sleep Medicine Services which was scheduled on very short notice and I had to take time off from work.
The receptionists were very nice and polite, but the medical provider assigned to me for the appointment had unprofessional behavior beyond insulting.
The appointment was for 1 min., and the medical provider failed to answer my only one question, got annoyed and ended the appointment.
I used to work in healthcare, and this was a bit of a shock, how disrespectful she was...

I was nervous about staying overnight, but I had a Very good attendant that night. Lana was efficient and kind! She got me hooked up and settled and released the next morning without any issues!
