I have been a patient for 5 years and I love it . Tearza has bent over backwards to take care of me . And the front staff is awesome. It realy bothers me that there are people out there who talk bad or complain just to be heard . 6 pulmonary embolizems and I trust them with my life . Thank you to the staff everyone of them and God bless you all .

I've been trying to make my husband an appointment for nearly 2 weeks now. I have left numerous voice messages and have yet to get a call back. When I needed an appointment for myself, I was told I'd get a call back in 3 weeks....seriously?! I'll be finding a new medical clinic for my family since this one is seriously lacking.

I used to love this clinic; the doctors, the counselors, even reception, but I can no longer trust this clinic to protect my family and our right to privacy. A formal complaint was filed with the office for civil rights.

I’ve been 3 times. Decker is a wonderful nurse practitioner. Spends extra time to listen to your concerns. No place is perfect but over all me and my family are very happy with our care so far.

The front office staff is rude!! Called to get an appointment with my primary care provider after a procedure. I felt like I was bothering her. My question is when did she get a medical degree? Very rude!! The medical staff is wonderful and are great to deal with..once you get through the rude front office staff!!!
