Awesome gym. They have a pretty good array of machines and free weights. I could use one or two more machines, but I can make it work for me. They also offer some cool classes. It doesn't seem to get overcrowded, at least whenever I'm there. Very clean and the staff are great. Nice solid little gym. Hours are a bit tight now that they close at 7pm year round. Up to 80lb dumbbells, punching bag, speed bag, general purpose room, flat bench, cords, smith machine, full circuit of weight machines, plenty of cardio machines, and nice outdoor workout area during summer.

Beyond excellent! There's not enough words to describe this facility. The staff is superb as well as the fitness center. Also has an outdoor exercise center open if the sun is up for everybody to enjoy. Happy wellness folks!

The care I received is absolutely the best I have experienced in Kellogg. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and treat me as though I'm their only patient. I see Teirza and she always takes the time to listen and answer questions with understandable responses. I'd recommend SMC to anyone looking for above and beyond health care.

Definitely a wellness center and not really a gym. Dumbbells only go up to 80lbs, no hammer strength type machines. Geared towards an older croud in my opinion. Very clean and fairly quiet...

Great equipment 👍 staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, membership is reasonable, and there are free classes included! Personal trainers are awesome, you'll definitely see a difference with her help! I highly recommend

I went to the ER about 10 days ago bcuz my left leg had swelled 3x bigger than my right. Then my calf and thigh were in terrible pain when in vertical position. I was worried it was a blood clot. After 4 days of hoping it would go away, I decided it was time to hit the ER. From the moment I got there I was treated amazing by everyone. Nurse Beth and Dr. Backman answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. The lady who did the ultra sound was extremely friendly and answered all my questions also. I found out I have a blood clot from my calf to my thigh. When Dr. Backman found out I had no insurance to pay for my expensive meds needed, he personally called the ladies at the Wellness Center and got me an appt the next morning to get samples and a physician for needed future visits. They all went above and beyond to help me as much as they could. Very satisfied with the help and care I recieved.
