Totally awful experience. They charged for a cleaning however it was more of a polish and saw and felt almost zero results. There was no communication between the dentist and I during the X-rays being taken and he was saying a whole bunch of things to the assistant next thing you know I’m scheduled for a two hour appointment with mystery procedure The receptionist had to inform me what was happening and I believe she actually knew more and treated me better than the dentist. She looked at pictures and informed me
What the appointment would entail but the fact the dentist was so sneaky I don’t trust this place and I’ve never returned

I have been to this office twice so far, once for a cleaning, today 2 fillings.
A good friend of mine recommended Smile Solutions to me, all I can say is
I am totally impressed with everybody there
Roseann is at the desk as soon as u walk through the door, this lady is amazing, so kind, friendly & knows her job..
Any questions u may have Roseann will tell u the truth….
Dr Geet is so friendly & caring.
Always asks how u r & if u have any questions, I had no pain with the needle or the procedure, no wasting time, but wants u comfortable.
Heather assisted Dr Geet, she made me feel at ease & made sure I was doing ok throughout the procedure..
All I can say
I am so glad I am going here…

This dental facility is plainly put phenomenal. Not enough words can describe the incredible treatment I receive from this wonderful staff every time I come visit for one of my appointments. Truly grateful for them. Their passion to take care of their patients and their work ethic is truly a gift for any patient that seek their services. Highly recommend them.

I had the best experience with smile solutions. As someone who struggles with my teeth and has extreme anxiety when going to the dentist I’m finally able to say I’m looking forward to my dental hygiene journey. RoseAnn was amazing at the front desk! She made me feel so welcome, accepted and no judgment of any kind! I look forward to going back to smile solutions again. (That’s really saying something!! As I said I have very high anxiety when it comes to getting my teeth looked at !!)

I have enjoyed consistently excellent service at the Smile Solutions office in Sturbridge. The staff are all thoroughly kind, professional, and accommodating. They are easy to contact, have facilitated multiple last-minute scheduling changes on my request, and have been able to clearly and thoroughly address all of my questions and concerns related to scheduling, insurance, and so forth. And of course, the dental work they have provided has been fantastic in every regard.

The first thing any new patient needs to know is that on the phone and in the office you will be warmly welcomed by RoseAnn. As a person who deals with many medical offices, she is a gem. Smile Solutions is extremely lucky to have her. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and can handle that busy phone and waiting room quickly and is always pleasant.
My son hadn't been to a dentist in many years. He's in need of lots work and the dentist was great and quickly got quite a bit of work done on the 2nd appointment - after getting his X-rays and cleaning done at the first visit.
But I can honestly say without RoseAnn being so great, we might not have discovered an excellent dentist.
