Never answer the phone or call back. I took my cpap in 3 weeks ago to be fixed and haven't heard even a whisper about it since. I even went there and was told I need an appointment to even ask what was going on with it. It was better when it was SMP. Looking into a new durable equipment supplier.
Update: still nothing. I have called as soon as they open and at various times and no answer or call back. This place is horrible

Gone to hell since taken over by penn highlands - jerk you around, never know what's going on and finally deny everything. Took 6 months to get an answer then said they needed a new prescription so we set in Dr. office as he sent it and they said "he never sent one" ..

Worst service ever!!! I waited three days for our sons nebulizer because he had pneumonia. They never answered one phone call or called back when I left a voice mail. I had to call after hours only to hear that they never sent them a green light that I needed it. I give them a 0. They are awful

My fiance and I had our doctor order us CPAP machine replacements. We have called smp numerous times with no response. It has been two months and we are still waiting with no response. For people who have been diagnosed with medical conditions that require a CPAP and can't get it, this is unacceptable.

They are the absolute worst!! I’ve been trying for months to get cpap supplies. I’ve called numerous times and get the runaround or told they will contact me and never do!

The SMP pharmacy provides services at the highest levels, they are efficient and effective as well as being a low cost pharmacy. We are blest to have them in Elk County. I would ever consider anywhere else and never do online. You need to be able to talk face to face with local professionals about your health needs.

This is about my c-pap order every since they changed everything over it took over a month to get my supplies and when I finally got them half of the supplies were wrong very disappointed and frustrated
