Staff is nice and the walk in clinic is usually quicker wait times than they tell you to expect. However, when going to a scheduled appointment, they are very adamant about being 20 minutes early for paperwork but 9/10 there is no paperwork. Whether you are 20 minutes early or 5 minutes early, you still will not be seen by your doctor at your scheduled time. You probably won’t even be called back by a NP/PA/MA at your scheduled time. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if you’re not even going to be seen at your scheduled time I’m currently sitting in a patient room and have been for almost 40 minutes and still have yet to be seen by my doctor. My appointment was scheduled for 11am and here it is almost 12pm and I have still not been seen. This is absolutely ridiculous! Especially because this particular appointment is just a follow up and will probably only take 10 minutes. They waste so much of your time making you wait on them and then want to rush through your appointment as if you’re inconveniencing them even though you were early/on time. Not to mention, when I scheduled this appointment I asked if I needed to come early and they told me no, yet when I arrived 5 minutes prior to my scheduled time, apparently there was paperwork to fill out and it was all stuff that they already have on file. I’ll probably be going to a different location from now on because I literally don’t have time for this!

My daughter broke her wrist at the park last thursday around 4 pm. In about 1 hour, they got her in, did xrays, and wrapped it in a plaster splint until she goes back to get her cast on in a week. The Dr lady and nurses were VERY sweet to her and shared lots of knowledge which is truly appreciated. I was SOOO glad we didn't have to go to the hospital, and could not believe how quick she was taken care of. Very impressed!

I went in there, saw someone from my town who worked there at the sign in counter and after I left that person went and told people in my town about my results from my appointment
