Jess, from the front desk, is extremely unprofessional and rude. Another receptionist, Leticia, witnessed the behavior, and let her know she didn't have to speak to me the way she did. Yelling at me across the room for PHI is lazy and violates HIPAA PHI. Other people were in the lobby and didn't need to know my PHI for me and my children. If you're having a bad day, stay home. Reflect on your emotions, instead of projecting them on to patients who are there to be helped. Jess not only made me uncomfortable, but my 2 younger children also couldn't understand why she was being so rude. I set the example for my kids that we have the right to refuse terrible service and always deserve to be treated like human beings.. which is why i left and let her know her behavior was unacceptable and uncalled for, but I would come back at another time when she was in a better mood and actually wanting to do her job. Matt, the boss/supervisor, I hope you read this and I will be seeing you tomorrow to file a complaint and HIPPA VIOLATION.

I was severely ill, the receptionist for the medical department was extremely rude. I had anxiety and I would call in to see if I could get a same day appointment because I knew there was something wrong with me, she let out an irritating sigh like “What do you want now?” She was always rude and unwelcoming. I ended up going to Kaiser and they found out that I had a serious illness that they treated promptly. The receptionist should be fired for her behavior.

Great staff, Pharmacy, front desk, optometry all very friendly and helpful. I been to the dentist a few times. he never speaks to me, but works fast. I dont have to much trouble with phone. Had complications getting things arranged for outside surgery, they did not explain things to well and caused delays with tests.

I love the Soboba Indian Health Clinic. I always have positive experiences there. I never have to wait in the lobby for more than 10 minutes before being called back to be seen. Also, it's very convenient that all of the offices are located in the same building (Medical, Dental, Optical, Imaging, BHS, Pharmacy, and Lab) I can get all of mine and my daughter's appointments done in the same day within a few hours and be on my way. And the staff is extremely polite and respectable.

My mom works here, she’s in radiology and I give the soboba health clinic 5/5 because when I go there for my appointments or to see my mom, everyone is nice.Coming from me who sees a lot of it..it’s very sanitized and clean and the staff is amazing

I have always been met with respect and a friendly smile from all the people that work there.
