I love this place! I have two athletes, and we come here frequently. First of all, making an appointment is super easy, and they also accept walk-ins for treatment. They offer great package deals that are very affordable. Most importantly, the owner and staff are super helpful and nice. I definitely recommend it!

Love this place . Come here 3 times a week twice for sauna and once for cryo . Train my body 5 days a week so I use this place to recover to right and keep pushing my self to become a better athlete

I'm having back spasms due to a disc pressing up against a nerve. I walked in to this place in severe pain because of the inflammation and my wife purchased the full body cryo treatment. I was able to walk out with the pain dulled to a manageable level! Amazing customer service and amazing results after one session! Can't wait to go back for more! Thank you!

It's so refreshing to have a good business that offers cryotherapy and other treatments to help heal from injuries, relax, improve sleep and circulation, and de-stress.

I go Herr regularly for the infrared sauna or leg compression treatments. I find the 30-minute sauna treatment relaxing despite the heat - up to 160 degrees. It's a good way to get the heart rate up when I don't have time for a workout. The sauna is always clean and has plenty of towels to dry off the sweat after. The compression socks have improved the circulation on my legs since I work from home all day. I've also had the cryo facial which tightens skin. I recommend this before a special day like a wedding or party. The cryotherapy treatment has helped heal injuries from sports.

The owner, Ilene and other staff, are friendly and genuinely care about their clients. They talk to you during the cryotherapy which makes the 3 minutes fly.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Socal Cryo Wellness Center, and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Eileen and her friendly staff, which instantly put me at ease.

The ambiance of the center was soothing and modern, with clean and well-designed spaces that created a relaxing atmosphere. The Cryo Therapy chamber was state-of-the-art, and the staff took the time to explain the entire process to me, ensuring I felt comfortable and safe before beginning my session.

The Cryo Therapy session itself was nothing short of amazing. The three minutes inside the chamber felt like a refreshing journey that left me feeling rejuvenated and energized. The intense cold was surprisingly invigorating, and I could feel my muscles relaxing and tension melting away.

Aside from the Cryo Therapy, Socal Cryo Wellness offered a range of other wellness services, including infrared saunas and localized cryo treatments. After my Cryo Therapy, I decided to try their infrared sauna session, and it was a perfect way to further relax my body and mind.

The staff's expertise and attentiveness made the entire experience even more enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the benefits of Cryo Therapy and provided me with personalized recommendations based on my specific needs.

Facility is clean and organized. Owner is personable, professional and answered all my questions prior to me signing up for a membership. Flexible and goes out of her way to accommodate my schedule. I go for cryo and sauna. The sauna gets hot quick and will go up high unlike some other facilities I've been to.
