It was a 2.5 hr wait when arriving @8am with all documents. If you need EBT card issuance and you are told to wait for your name to be called DO NOT WAIT more than 10 minutes. Most likely they removed you by accident. That is ridiculous for anyone to sit there waiting not knowing their name will NEVER be called. After 25 minutes I walked up and asked why my name wasn't being called but 3 people walked in and got new cards instantly. Apparently the person I JUST interviewed with marked that I had a card despite telling me to wait for a new one. Great job guys.

This DSHS office is the least busiest DSHS office in Spokane county. Since I learned of its existence about a year ago, I've only visited this office due to its smaller lines and wait times.

The line wasn't as long as it normally is, but when I went to the waiting area, well....don't expect a quick 15 min visit. It's best to assume that you'll be there for at least an hr or 2.5

Moved from Moscow, ID last year and Mary Ann and the staff that I've met were all very nice and respectful including our recent visits through out the last several months of 2018. If there's anyone who's sensitive it will be me. Sensitive if they're rude or condescending which they're NOT. Their questions and attitudes towards me and my wife were nothing short of awesomely GREAT! It's a TREAT to interact with the staff of the TRENT office. Seeing the recent terrible rating, I am obliged to tell my side of it and let the Almighty Father strike me dead if I'm not telling the truth.

There are people high on drugs in this office, no one cares. People so high they're dropping drinks on themselves. Short staffed. I've been waiting 2 hours and it's full so I probably will be here all day.
