Dr. deep does a great job at having an open communication, answering all my questions.

I was able to get my biannual cleaning done within 30 minutes. The team here is fast, efficient and friendly. Facility is still clean as my first visit.

Dr. Diep is one of the kindest and most caring dentist I have ever met! Going in for my appointment, I was a little nervous since I didn’t have the greatest experience at my last dentist, but him and his dental assistant Irene made sure I was comfortable and feeling okay the whole time I was there. He is also very genuine and transparent in his care and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. Although I live farther away, I would definitely make the drive back here again for my future dental care. If you’re looking for a great dentist at a great facility with reasonable prices, I would definitely go to Dr. Diep’s office!

Making a dentist appointment was never so easy as it was at SoHah dental. Being a transplant to the bay area, I’ve bounced around a bit, but SoHay Dental was close to my house so I gave it a shot. They’re very flexible with making appointments, willing to work around my schedule, they accepted my insurance, and the dentist was very attentive and gentle. The shots didn’t hurt, and he patiently answered any questions I had. He even scheduled me in for a quick emergency visit when a cap from my previous dentist fell out. I definitely recommend him!

SoHay Dental is one of my first dental experiences outside of school and my parents insurance. The staff were extremely patient with a lot of my questions, as I haven’t gotten a cleaning for a while due to Covid. Before and after my cleanings and other procedures, the dentist, Dr. Diep, always made sure to answer any of my questions with phrases that was easily understood by someone who doesn’t know much about dental hygiene. I brought up a previous upsetting experience at one of my old dentists, and Dr. Diep showed empathy towards my past experiences, ensuring my present (and continuing) dental visits were smooth and actually enjoyable. The dental assistant, Irene, was also helpful and kind as she took my x-rays with ease. I know I have a small mouth 💀 and so even though it was difficult for me to bite down on the x-ray bite-thing, she was incredibly patient and understanding even though I took many tries. Overall, I think I found a dental office I will be very happily returning to for my bi-monthly cleanings and other procedures as I get older and start losing my teeth.

From the start of the booking to the end of my appointment, I enjoyed my first visit to SoHay Dental. It's great to have a new Dental Office in the Hayward area and I decided on this office after visiting shops nearby.

The administrative work for my appointment booking was a breeze and being able to complete my initial patient forms online was convenient.

I arrived for my morning appointment just a few minutes late but was immediately helped by the assistant (Irene?), upon entering the office. I handed over my ID to verify my appointment details. I had to wait for a couple minutes until I was ushered into the room for my appointment.

The assistant worked with me first to take the X-Rays of my teeth. It seemed like it was an extensive and longer process as a hand-held scanner was used to capture the different areas of my teeth/jaw. The X-Rays took a couple of minutes to complete and then it was time for the Dr. to come in.

Dr. Diep came in to work on my teeth for my general cleaning. Once he stepped into the room, he started off with initial introductions and we had a little getting to know you conversation. I appreciated this as it made me more comfortable during the appointment. The usual cleaning procedures were performed on my teeth. The assistant stepped in for a bit to help take notes for Dr. Diep. I felt like my teeth was handled with care during the cleaning. My appointment went smoothly. In the end, I was also able to share my questions about general dental care and possible improvements that could be made. Dr. Diep provided me with in-depth answers that allowed me to reach the clarity I needed about my teeth.

Before leaving the office, I was helped with scheduling my visit.
Like I mentioned before, I did enjoy my experience at SoHay Dental. Thank you again to Dr. Diep & assistant for the help!

SoHay Dental is the best dental office. From the receptionist to Dr Diep they are very welcoming and friendly. Dr Diep is very knowledgeable and thorough kept me informed about dental hygiene and the importance. The office location is so convenient and 2 minutes away from my house. Definitely recommend SoHay Dental!
