One of the worst follow ups from a pharmacy I have ever experienced. Waited on supplies for over a month. They kept telling me my paperwork was not filled by the doctor; the doctor sent it in over 4 weeks prior to my call. Gave me the runaround for another two weeks. Then again after calling my doctor to send over paperwork and confirmation that they did they pharmacy still said they never received it. This company needs to get themselves on the right path. And by looking at other reviews they will not be lasting much longer if they don’t correct their business dealings.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! No matter how early I reorder, I have never received my supplies on time. It’s beyond unacceptable. Every time I call for assistance—often because I’m nearly out or completely out of essential supplies—I’m passed from department to department with no resolution. As a diabetic, running out of critical supplies is not just inconvenient; it’s dangerous. Despite doing my part to plan ahead, this company has consistently failed me. Their lack of reliability and poor customer service make them completely untrustworthy. I’ve given chance after chance before I decided to make this Public, but I think it’s time.

This is the worst diabetic supply company I have ever worked with. EVERY TIME I call in to order supplies for my son it is a production. Transferring me to different places, having to repeat my request multiple times, it's just a mess. If you get text reminders, they call and text your phone multiple times even if you respond and tell them to pause your refill. When I escalated my frustrations, their answer was to cancel the reminders. In this day and age of technology, you would think that they could figure this out. If I could give it zero stars, I would. If you can avoid doing business with them, you should.

Solara / AdaptHeath might just be the most incompetent, inconsiderate company I've ever worked with in my 20 years ordering supplies for my Type 1 diabetic children.

Their support/call center assistance is overseas, with most people difficult to understand.

The mobile app/web login haven't worked in years. I get alerts on my phone through the app when an order is ready to ship, but it won't let me login to the app and nobody at the company understands why that is the case. So I have to call to get anything done.

I've submitted help ticket/requests through their system to request help and a time to speak, but nobody has ever even acknowledged receipt of the request.

They frequently delay and stop orders that I only find out about when the order doesn't show up. When I call back in, day after day, I will frequently get a different reason each day, along with an apology and that the previous issue was cleared but there's a new one. And then over the course of a week or two they finally fix their problem and the order ships.

If you can find anybody else in the entire world to work with for supply fulfillment, even if he looks like a homeless drug dealer on the corner, I would try that route first.

EDIT/ADD: See their copy/paste response they post everywhere. In post I noted how reaching out for help in their APP/website goes no where. So sad.

Same experience as a lot of people it seems. Wanted to switch to Omnipod 5 so my insurance gave me their number. Literally took a month (12/8-1/2) to get the O5 intro kit, and i had to hassle them to even send it then, but ok....new supplies from a new company so maybe it was a first time- worst time situation. Called to order my real 90 day supply on 1/21. It took me a week to get them to send it (and I had to call every day), but that took so long that I had to call twice to ask them to expedite it, and they didn't do that either. Called back on the 30th to find out what wad going on only to find out that I would not get my pods until 2/4..... problem is I run out of pods on 2/1. So I asked if they could overnight me a couple of pods to bridge the gap since this was definitely their fault, and they said i would have to call Insulet

Worst possible place to ever get your supplies. Had one rep argue with me over my request which was very simple. In order to upgrade my pump I needed the next CGM. The rep kept asking if I was going to use the new CGM with my last order of sensors which can only be used with my older version of the CGM. After arguing with me that I only needed the transmitter to upgrade the pump and I would wait for my next order request date, the agent continued to not understand. I had requested 3 times on the phone to speak to a supervisor and she continued to argue with me till I hung up. This company sucks at keeping accurate notations about requests sent in by doctors regarding orders. It also feels like the reps they have there do not understand at all what you are asking, or they put you on hold for 5 minutes at a time at least 10 times during your call to ask someone else how to process your request. I am looking for a different supplier that will actually understand what I am asking without arguing with me over what has been requested or lying to my doctor about my request being denied cause they could not get a hold of me (never received a damn call each time).

If I could give them 0 stars I would gladly do so. I do not recommend getting your medical supplies from this company. There is no communication between their departments. Their billing department is an outsourced abyss where there is zero compassion or comprehension when people have concerns. Every time I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager because I continued to receive bills and late fees for supplies that my insurance already paid for, I would never be transferred or given a call back as promised. My insurance showed and sent proof that they already paid their portion multiple times and I already paid my copay, yet I continued to receive bills. To all, if your insurance states they are contracted with Solara, please request if you can get your supplies from Byram or Edgepark; their customer service are astronomically better. Solara used to be the company I used to get supplies since I was a child 20 years ago and their service was optimal; not anymore. Solara, be better.

I would rather give Solara 0 stars if possible. They will not correct a insurance billing issue on their end. They are billing me $5,000 DME Deductible for the Dexcom transmitter and the Sensors that are replaced every 90 days. My insurance pays 100% for these items under the Pharmacy benefit. Solara (Adapt Health) refuses to correct the bill. I had to put the account on a payment plan while i tried to figure out the issue with insurance. in the meantime we switched Mail order pharmacies due to issue and have had no problems at all. They even verified that it is covered at 100%. I have attempted to contact Solara for months now and get no one. I have filled out the online contact forms and get no return contact. I had to put a stop payment on the ACH Payment plan since no one will assist me and you can not make corrections to said plan online in the patient portal. I would NOT recommend this company what so ever!
