Pacific Solstice truly changed our lives! My husband went for substance abuse treatment, and the counselors were nothing short of amazing. They were supportive, compassionate, and really knew how to connect with both of us. We had the pleasure of working with Britten. She was profession and very sensitive to our needs. She knew so much about addiction. We are super grateful to her. Thanks to their incredible care, my husband is doing great — and they helped save our marriage too! We’re forever grateful for the heart and dedication of the Pacific Solstice team.

To say that I am grateful for Solstice Pacific and the team working there would be an understatement.
I recently stayed with them at the Residential Treatment facility in San Clemente and continued my care at the Partial Hospitalization Program in Mission Viejo.
When I began my stay I was very lost, lacking tools to cope with some of life challenges and needing a lot of help.
The program was very thorough and provided so much support. It was very well structured and offered a wide range of therapeutic modalities that addressed both my mental and emotional well being.
Each day was thoughtfully planned with group sessions, individual therapy and skill building activities that truly helped me gain new perspectives and tools for managing the challenges I was facing.
The staff was incredibly caring and supportive as well. They stood by me during some very difficult moments and continued to stand beside me and support me throughout the entire process.
The team at Solstice Pacific has given me a renewed sense of hope and clarity and I am deeply grateful for their guidance and care.
I highly recommend this program to anyone looking for help with their mental health.

The staff is very welcoming and informative, gives a space to speak freely with other peers you can trust. Lena the case manager does a wonderful job handling parent/son therapy and helped us with repairing our relationship. A good overall life skill, mental health journey everyone should know and learn.

The first day I walked into Solstice, I was recovering from burnout after one of the most challenging years of my life. I was also battling cancer, and simply being alive felt painful. I was scared. While I had ample support for my cancer from those around me, my experience with mental health was quite the opposite. I felt isolated and ashamed of the psychological pain I was enduring. Oncologists and other medical professionals, as well as friends and colleagues, often minimized my mental suffering, treating it as an afterthought to be addressed only after the cancer was managed.

When I began my journey at Solstice, I was in rough shape and had no expectations. Initially, I was skeptical—how could painting possibly help me feel better? How would I cope without my phone for those hours? However, I soon realized that I was in a place focused on my mental and emotional well-being. The facilitators and staff treated me with respect and genuine care. We participated in group activities that included yoga, Qi Gong, meditation, psychology, art therapy, and various coping skills. Facilitators like Oscar, Lena, Tobey, Charmine, and Ashly enriched my life, providing me with invaluable tools. Staff members like Les, Sapna, and Rachel were always there to support me.

I consider myself fortunate to have found this hidden gem. While Solstice may not be perfect or suitable for everyone, I truly believe it is transforming mental health treatment in America, one patient at a time. I would wholeheartedly recommend Pacific Solstice to my loved ones or anyone facing mental health challenges.

I have been in Solstice for almost two months and my mental state has improved significantly. Because I was suffering from severe depression / anxiety over a year and extremely hopeless, my husband found out about the program and submitted an application to Solstice. On the same day of submitting the application, I was contacted by Aljan, who is an intake counselor. She promptly arranged an assessment meeting with Brianna, who is a physician assistant. I decided to participate in the PHP program and was able to start right away. I am truly thankful for Aljan and Brianna, who quickly helped me to start my healing journey at Solstice.

On my first day when I walked in the clinic, staff members, Rachel, Les, and Lena gave me warm welcomes with big smiles, which made me feel that I was in a safe place. I gradually started to feel that my mood was shifting positively on the very first week.

Both Lena, a case manager and Brianna have been great supports for me to identify my multiple problems and walk through helpful coping skills for my anxiety/depression. In addition, I have learned a lot of valuable skills and knowledge through each group sessions, which will help me to enrich my rest of life. All other clinical staff and facilitators including Les, Rachel, Sapna, and Jaz are also compassionate, caring and professional.
I am also blessed to have amazing peers to have meaningful interactions everyday.
I’m so grateful that I have found Solstice and highly recommend to those who are facing mental issues like me.

I have been diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety and have found support and community with other clients going through similar diagnoses and different diagnoses! The approach they take is amazing, holistic, thoughtful, and attentive. I have learned skills to navigate through life. If you are in need of community and people to actually help and listen, come here! You will not regret the decision. It’s the best one I’ve made!! The office is absolutely beautiful and calming as well. This place and the people will forever be my family and home away from home!
