Dr Kleckner is the best! He was the only one who helped me after I was injured in a rear ended car accident. Everyone wanted me to take drugs and cover the problems. Not only did he diagnose my issues and treat them; Dr Bob also explained everything that I was feeling and going through was normal. He also explained what I could expect and the next steps to take. He is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, compassionate, understanding and caring. He doesn't just go for "CRACK".
I am a RN and trust him 100% more than any other Dr. I have seen. You will be in great hands.

I called Dr. Bob for a walk-in appointment and he took me in right away. I had fallen while working out at home. I seemed to have a pinched nerve in my lower back. I felt relief right away. Dr. Bob is a caring, professional that knows what he’s doing… 5 stars!

Been seeing Kelsy for 3 years. She has an amazing knowledge of what your body needs and exactly how to communicate that with you. The flow of massage is always amazing and she's incredibly informative for resources on home care. Not to mention she has a cheery demeanor and awesome personality.

I got a massage with Kelsey, and it was fantastic. She does a great job and gave me some very helpful tips to help with shoulder and upper back soreness. The facility was neat and clean. I would recommend it!

I walked into this office at 10am on Thursday 11/7/19, they have a bell that sounds on door when you walk in. No one was behind the counter. I heard someone speaking in the back. I waited for 20 minutes and no one came to the from. So I opened and closed the front door a few times. For bell to sound. No one came. It has now been 35 minutes, so I call the # they have on there window. It rang multiple times then went to voicemail. I waited another 5 minutes and still no one came to greet me.
Please avoid the frustration, find a different chiropractor that actually cares about patients

Very unprofessional and had a bad experience.

The appointment time was 3.30pm and I had a calender reminder for it. At 2.40pm called us saying you are late and that appointment was on 2.30pm. Told us on the phone to hurry up and reach here fast. On getting there at 2.55pm told me they would only do 30 min as its my fault.

Would not accommodate or reschedule or refund. On explaining that I had the time as 3.30pm they said they don't even that slot. Apart from phone there was no other communication via text or email. Owner would not even listen to improving their process. Very unprofessional. Stay away from them.

While passing through area, I was referred to SWC by a friend. They were extremely accommodating to fit me into their schedule. I was very bound up and in pain. Dr. Bob did an accurate assessment of my condition, made several adjustments and sent me on the way for a very reasonable price. My recovery took hold after a day and several days later is nearly complete. Thank you very much Dr. Bob.
