This Location is Extremely Helpful, Super Friendly, Hardly Busy. The Doctor here and his Staff is the Greatest. The times I have been there or called i have never ever had any issues at all. I went here with my dad to get his hearing aids and the whole entire process was amazing. The receptionist was SUPER helpful with giving up front information and managing expectations, as well as being very friendly. They were prompt with scheduling, communicating about and handling appointments. The doctor was knowledgeable, patient, but most of all extremely thorough. My dad left feeling very cared for and supported, and that to me is priceless. I would definitely recommend them!

DO NOT use their services, worse customer services ever, my mom got referred to them. I was not able to get a hold of them with multiple attempts, voicemail. After a month, I quit and had to switch to another office. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICES. Should not open if there is no one to answer the phone call.

My forty-one year old disabled son has had hearing problems from birth. We have dealt with many hearing aids and hearing facilities. They had all been adequate and then we found Sonus hearing care professionals and they have surpassed "adequacy" by far. Let me begin by commending Scott, the wonderful young man who answers the 'phone and coordinates appointments in the office. He possesses excellent tone of service, is most pleasant, patient and kind. Gary Shasky is the Doctor of Audiology for Sonus and has worked on my son's hearing aid on more than one occasion fixing it to perfection. Both of these gentlemen have delightful senses of humor while maintaining high levels of professionalism. I highly recommend Sonus hearing care professionals and thank them for all their dedication.

Stopped in to get an appointment. They took all my information and said they would call me back by Friday which was six days ago. No call and no appointment, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
