Been trying to get an appointment with Dr. JUlia since October, all my prescriptions have run out of refills, BP, Asthma, Anxiety meds, I am told I have to see the Dr before renewing the prescriptions. I have had 2 appointments I made online declined. Done with this office, going somewhere else

I started going to this office when Dr. Finkelman that was there and then when Dr. Wren came, I really liked him a lot. And now the ladies that are there take very good care of me and I can always get in them short period of time.

My brother and I started taking our parents who are in their 80s to Ms Julia after they were treated unfairly by the new nurse practitioner at Olympic Internal Medicine. I saw the care and patience she gave to my parents that I also started going to her. Julia has been a tremendous help to my family. Thank you Ms Julia for caring. Also thank you Cory who runs the front desk with efficiently and a smile... You both ROCK!

Cory the receptionist at Sound Medical Clinic & all the other staff at this clinic are so helpful. I needed immediate care and they got me in to see Julia Cathcart-Chang, PA-C, who acted quickly to order the MRI I needed to diagnose a traumatic injury. Staff worked quickly to send her referral to all area imaging facilities to get me in ASAP. The next day I was getting the MRI & today I got the results. This is what excellent medical care looks like in action. Thanks to all of you for helping in my time of need.

The staff are friendly, the caliber of treatment and their help getting referals accomplished so you can get an appintment is horrible. I've been waiting near 5 months since I first was referred to a specialist...yet have had to call the office several times and speak to the the practice manager who keeps saying she will look into it and get it taken care of. Nothing. Still no appointment. I called a doctors office who they said they had sent the referal to - per thier instructions to call them so I could get an appointment - the office they told me to call had never heard my name nor ever got any referal. I have spoke to manager again - 4 to 6 times in the last 4 months to get this remedied. Manager each time said she would look into it and get it taken care of. They called and gave me names and numbers they said they faxed to specialists for me to see. I did. They either could not speak clear enough English to understand the receptionist, or they said they had not recieved any referal. NO call back, no nothing. This is how they CARE for your health. You might want to rethink if you want your health and well being in thier hands - just a heads up> BEWARE. They talk the talk - but apparently cannot walk. the walk

Love Doctor Julia! She is hands down my favorite doctor I've had in a very long time. I've recently had MAJOR health problems and Julia has been so incredible in advising my husband and I through it. I think if you need someone to baby you then maybe don't go but Julia is direct, will figure out what's going on and give it to ya straight!

Have been a patient of Julia’s for about 6-8 months now. I have never been happier in a primary care physician, and I’ve had a few from here to Alaska, Missouri and back as a commercial helicopter pilot. Anytime I call, I can either get in next day or they call back with answer same day. Really do recommend them to anyone!!!
