I came to South Florida for family Emergency. Needless to say super stressful. I was directed to Barb from a local for sound treatment. Because Barbara was also a nurse, I felt compelled to Drive over an hour and a half away For the appointment.

The first thing that impressed me was her scientific knowledge to back up sound healing as an intervention for multiple ailments. Typically, I see more “woo woo”than people that can speak to Actual studies.

The second thing that impressed me was her knowledge of all the musical instruments and how to play them to get the best results

Barbara also has an Amazing sound healing mattress that she incorporates in her treatments.

I brought my partner because he was under tremendous amounts of stress. He really isn’t knowledgeable about sound therapy but after his treatment was convinced to the validity of it.

I’m also certified in Sound Therapy, however, Because Barb is so well-versed, passionate, teaches so directly and is willing to share all her knowledge, I’m looking into taking her classes as well.

There are time's in my life where there's a snapshot of my most memorable and significant events. Meeting
Barbara Spaulding for the online classes were so informative. We didn't waste a minute learning something new and interesting. I had the privilege of immersing myself in training with different instruments for two day's in her Stuart, Florida studio. An absolutely beautiful setting winding through the tropical foliage to find many instruments I'd never seen before. I left my experience with the confidence that I would be able to facilitate a sound healing event and launch a new practice. This is one of those time's in my life that will stay with me always in the most magical way.

I researched sound healers on a recent trip to Hutchinson Island, FLA from Boston, MA while visiting a friend and found Barbara online. Something about her jumped out more than the other sound healers in the area so I booked a session with her for myself and my friend. I have previously sat in on spectacular sound bath sessions at my local breathwork and yoga classes but this session with Barbara blew me/us away! We had no idea what we were in for. To start, she took the time to explain how it all works and the research behind sound healing which was very informative and interesting! She had us lay down on a sound bed that vibrated our body while she played her various instruments from singing bowls to gongs to bird flutes. It was other worldly and wonderful. We both felt like we left our bodies during the session and wish we could feel like that every day. We both felt euphoric the next day as well and agreed we will be back for another session next time I visit her in FLA. Thank you to Barbara for a wonderful experience!

I just experienced my first session at Sound Healing. It was an amazing experience. Barb is an RN and was extremely knowledgeable about sound and its various impacts on the body. She answered all of my questions and made me very comfortable at all times. Barb incorporated many, many instruments during the session and thoroughly explained the sound bed and how it works. The sound bed is truly wonderful! I can't even describe how I felt when I left Sound Healing. I now will make this ritual a regular part of my life and have scheduled another appointment.
