My husband and I both see Katelyn Neufeld and she is fabulous. She really takes time to listen and then follows through quickly. The office staff is outstanding, always friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Sound Health Care!

Annual check up. Very much enjoy knowing that I will be seeing the same physician every visit, year in and year out. With Fransiscan we were never able to keep the same physician as they kept leaving. The care from Dr Frandsen is in-depth and he is always faithful to ask detailed questions I forget about or never think of. Plus he doesn’t try to push prescriptions on me. He respects natural and healthy healing choices.

Despite the power outage Dr. Frandsen and his gracious staff saw us in a timely manner. Dr. Frandsen saw us both and went over our medical issues together. We have been a patient of Dr. Frandsen 's since 2013. They are awesome!

Melissa Harwood is an amazing PA. She actually takes time to talk and listen to you. You are actually part of your care plan, and she takes your wants, needs, and even financial situation into consideration when planning your treatment plan. I'm driving from Shelton to see her, because I moved and don't want to lose such an amazing Healthcare provider. I recommend hee to everyone I know. I will say that Sound Healthcare will try to get you to buy into their $240 a year membership plan, but if you have blue cross blue shield, you can see their doctors without having to pay that fee, they just won't tell you that.

I absolutely love the staff and my doctor at. Sound healthcare. I am a long time patient with this facility and would not go out to any other place to revive my medical care. Highly recommend it to all!
