I have been a loyal customer of South Bay Acupuncture for over two years, and I can confidently say that their services are outstanding! My friend found this place first and introduced me here. Every time I visit, I'm amazed by their technician's attention to detail. They always know exactly how to relieve tension and stress, I work in front of computer for long periods during a day, their technicians will use different techniques to help me relax my shoulders and my back. I fell asleep almost every time and woke up feeling super refreshed, if you are looking for a place to wash away your fatigue after an exhausted long day, I definitely recommend this place!

I was devastated for years because of my menstrual cycle pain. Trust me I've tried millions of ways to try to cure it but nothing worked out until I found South bay acupuncture. Dr. Pan is soooo amazing!!! He helped me with Chinese acupuncture plus some herbal medicines and it really relived me from the every month sharp pain. I used to be toss turn and curl up every month on my bed, but now I can fall asleep like my usual days. Comparing to the massive menstrual pain I used to have, the acupuncture needle is nothing. Dr. Pan also helped me with my insomnia, whenever I have anxiety that kept me wide awake, Dr. Pan is my go to person. I used to rely heavily on Advil but now I'm finally found a better solution, trust me this place is really really worth a try!

It was such a blessing that I got to be treated for my overall health in this clinic. I felt really sick suffering from head's numbness and upper neck/body tightness/sore due to many years' hard work. I went to see a couple of doctors but none of them offered any effective treatment. I was very fortunate to be referred to see Doctor Pan who has immediately pointed to the root cause and come up with an effective treatment plan. I have been to his clinic for more than a month for acupuncture, hot cupping and deep tissue massage and have seen immediate improvements for all the symptoms. Doctor Pan is very experienced in treating patients, very patient in explaining the potential root cause and his acupuncture is very effective. The massage is also very effective in removing the knots in my body and the work is very thorough. You can tell the people there really care about your health and go extra miles in helping you getting recovered. The clinic is also very clean and well taken care of. Excellent skill and very friendly. I can comment on the skill level for the massage therapists. They not only know many different techniques, but are really good at deep tissue massages. This is rare in the bay area and I am now going here weekly to overcome sport inflicted muscle pain.
With regards to acupuncture I can only comment on the results which are definitely positive. I however lack insight to comment on anything else. I do it for muscle knots and it helps. I've also tried cupping here and I can not really confirm the results as it's been combined with other treatments. I however like it for some reason and would do it every now and then.

If you have chronic muscle pain, give this a try.

Was in town for business, had a free day before flying back out to Florida— thought I’d get a much needed massage. So after calling numerous places and being told they were fully booked, i found this place. I’ll keep it sweet and to the point: this place is legit. Absolutely blissful hour of healing massage! Highly recommended. Next time I’m in town I will pair the 1hr massage with acupuncture, they have a great deal of both for $110🙏🏼

I've been seen here about three times. Each time is a great experience. I have a lot of neck/full shoulder and mid back pain. I get acupuncture, cupping, and a deep tissue massage done here. The deep issue massage hurts at times yet feels satisfying, but its a deep tissue massage for a reason right? lol . The next day or two I am a bit sore but the pain itself is so much lighter. With the cupping, it doesn't really hurt but because I have POOR blood circulation within my back, I have pretty mean dark spots all over my back which is normal, just looks funny on me. I honestly will recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick relief fix. This could possibly be long term help but they don't take insurance so you pay out of pocket. If that's something you can do then all power to you. I have insurance that they don't take but I go here once in a while, because I enjoy their services. The front desk staff could be friendly-er but the doctor is really nice overall.

Dr. Arthur Pan is a highly skilled doctor of Chinese medicine. He is trained as an acupunturist in one the of most prestigious Chinese medical schools. I have explored many clinics in the Bay Area, but no one masters the needle as Arthur does. Evident that he cares about his patients, he would discuss with me about my conditions during every visit and apply the therapy accordingly. The masseuses Cindy and Jenny are also great btw.

Highly recommend Arthur and his team if you have back pain from sitting too much at work.
