size you up and they give you the look like they're better than you and your problem and when you're a person that wants to move on from the problem that's the worst place because of the fact that they keep bringing up the fact after multiple times saying I want to move on I told them I just needed someone to talk to to vent. What's bothering me a counselor not a life coach
And they tell you if you don't sign the guidelines that they can't talk to you
This is a year and a half later review
PS has anybody gone through any kind of hacking technology issues after dealing with them

If you’re assigned Guerline as a psychiatrist, ask to be reassigned Immediately! Once you start seeing a psychiatrist, you cannot switch. If you need an early appointment, she will never show up at 9:00. She’ll take a vacation and not call in refills, leaving you without your meds. My pharmacy literally jokes about how unprofessional she is. Her knowledge of the meds she prescribes daily is laughable. She once prescribed me a med and told me to cut the pills in half, the pharmacist wouldn’t even give them to me, because it was a medication that couldn’t be cut, because it was slow release. I honestly don’t understand how she still has a job. My only guess is that this office caters to people with lower incomes, so our health and well-being is not as much of a priority. Because I’m actually working on becoming healthier and happier I plan to switch all my meds to my primary care doctor, as I feel Guerline isn’t equipped to give me the help I deserve.

There is a good counselor here and there could be more. but as a whole they're a joke. They claim to wanna help the mentally ill, but when you're mentally ill they ban you. I guess I was too much for their standards. So if you're suffering with an actual mental illness don't go here, this is only for mild mild people with a very mild depression.

The only reason this gets 2 stars is bc I like my therapist, she was new coming from another company. .. I had a situation with a psychiatrist there... she was pushing me to do something I didn't want to do for half my appt.... when she couldn't get me to take any additional medications she pretty much pushed me out of the office... when I called for the refills of the prescriptions I was already taking(which she told me to do), she called me saying that she said during our last appointment to find someone else.... SHE DID NOT!! Now last minute I have to rush and find another psychiatrist... very unprofessional and she made me uncomfortable with every encounter I had with her.... i called to complain and was told it was he said she said..... but im the one stressed and having anxiety....if you are genuinely seeking help, do not come here...

The counselors are great! But the psychiatrist is a LIAR! They only have one now and when you ask him for help he refuses, and when you insist he makes a deal with you and then don't hold up on his end. Get a psychiatrist somewhere else! He is not worth the aggravation!

They don't even deserve that the psychiatrist left my son with no meds and you can't JUST stop taking them.
They need to take better care of there patients.. I Do NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

If you are looking for an experienced knowledgeable counselor do not go here. Most don't know what they are doing.
