I assist someone who needs service here and let me tell you Redwood City lol ocation on Brewster is the worst of the behavioral clinic sites. There is only a handful of sane & competent mental health staff who indeed appear to need counseling/and/or treatment themselves. There needs to be an investigation to weed out the deadbeat waste of county payroll.

The health department need to get a new security front desk person .ive never seen a person with the worst interaction with mental patients not alone rude but also very wrong for outbursts that I've heard while I was sitting in the lobby she has no reason to talk to people other than be there doing her lob .not talking to her family on her cell phone. she outbursting so rude to people are here with mental problems I will video tape it and put her on the internet so you guys will see what I'm talking about i feel so sorry how mental patients here get talk to by her.really i feel she a abuser to them when they seek help .i feel ilke if you take a job and can be part of the solution. Not act like a problem there a lot of mentally trouble pepole who come here and to get treated like what i heard and seen is 100% wrong .regardless how the patients act out .and for her to put her opinion on them is out of line .

Nobody is ever there to set up appointments when i call. they always want me to leave a voicemail and dont call back. When they do answer the phone the lady has a very bad attitude.
