My first visit to this practice in Jupiter and I was very impressed! Reception was exceptionally friendly and efficient. Everyone in the office was all smiles and warm. While I really liked Dr. Langerman and felt he was very thorough, I just received a bill for over $250 (after already paying my co-pay of $100 for an "office visit"). I have Florida Blue PPO Blue Select. The billing department charged Florida Blue as a "new patient" fee that was never disclosed to me and that clearly my co-pay doesn't cover!?!?

When he performed a scope (laryngoscopy), I was also not aware that my visit didn't cover this and was not told that there might/would be an additional fee to perform this test. THEY SHOULD TELL YOU THIS! They billed it as an outpatient procedure for $303.00! UNACCEPTABLE!

This should have been coded as "preventative"
as it was to diagnose a cold/infection that was not getting better after numerous antibiotics. How is it acceptable to charge a patient an "outpatient charge" without their consent?

My son and I both go there and will no longer be patients of this establishment. I have also recommended this practice to numerous friends and now have to tell them to be careful and ask questions before any service is performed! BTW - They don't have a local office manager and you have to call the "corporation" in Miami about any billing problems. No one answers that phone and you have to leave a message.

All staff were very professional and courteous including the front desk. It was my first visit with Dr Langerman, and I was extremely happy with my visit with him. Lovely bedside manner, and he listened carefully to my concerns.

Every person you come in contact with in this office is attentive, caring, and extremely present. I’m not used to walking in a doctors office where anyone from the front desk, to the nurse, and even the doctor, is kind. The staff adhere’s exceptional quality of service, and understanding of how to preform their positions. They give a safe, trustworthy, patient, calm atmosphere. Also, I didn’t have to wait for hours before being brought to a room. Professionally & personally one of the best doctors I’ve been to.

Dr Langeman saw my 90 year old mother for an ear issue. He is not only an extremely knowledgeable doctor, his bedside manner is excellent. He is both caring and exhibits extreme patience. He takes the time to explain what is happening and what treatment options are available. I highly recommend.
