0 stars if I could! I will never return. Rude staff sitting on personal calls instead of checking patients in. Sat in the waiting room for my child for over an hour only to have people that came in much later seen before us. When I notified staff I was met with a nasty look and zero response, she simply gave me smug look and walked away. This is the second time a similar situation has happened. The same nurse had previously brought us back into a room and then left my child waiting over an hour for the doctor to never enter the room, but made sure to call within minutes of us leaving. Guess that doctor really wanted to bill for services never given! You’re better off going to the ER!

Have a massive tooth ache lots of pain seen the P.A Michael L. Who was rude when asking him questions made us feel like we were bothering him.If your in this line of work compassion is part of it. Kept trying to walk out the door as we had questions about my care like he had more important things to do sad you can't get good care anymore I DON'T recommend this place to anyone I wouldn't take my dog here. Figured I try Wareham walk in livein FR thought well maybe it would be better DAM I was wrong SMH 🙄

Was hardly able to walk when I got there. Was seen by a very rude young girl who told me to wrap my ankle and to buy inserts! I walked out in the same amount of pain with no resolution! It was a total waste of time!

I hurt my neck/shoulder pretty bad yesterday and had to go in as a walk in. I did have to wait several hours but no longer than I expected. *(Anyone who complains about wait times at an urgent care or ER does not understand how these places run. EXPECT TO WAIT!)* The staff was very kind and took my pain seriously. My script was ready immediately which was wonderful. Today I feel almost completely better and don't have to miss work. Hopefully I won't HAVE to go back soon but happy to know they are available when needed.

Went in to treat a sinus infection. Paid 250$ out of pocket. Made me take a covid test and sent home. No treatment, just the unnecessary covid test. Which was negative. Then i was told i could come back in 7 to 10 days ( for another 250$ ) if my symptoms persist and talk about a plan for treatment. Basically they robbed me. If i wanted a covid test i could have done that at home for like 20$

My daughter cut the top of her foot open with a piece of glass and needed stitches. She is 5 1/2 years old and I’m beyond happy with our experience at the Wareham urgent care center. I can’t remember the name of the nurse or doctor but they were absolutely amazing they made my daughter feel so comfortable. First off the nurse knew the right things to say to my daughter to get her mind off of the HUGE cut on her foot. She was absolutely amazing and when we left my daughter said she wanted her to come over to our house for dinner 🤣 and to the dr he kept joking with my daughter making her laugh and smile in the best way. He made the whole process easier and finished his job in a quick and efficient manner. I’m so pleased with my experience 10/10 will recommend this place again

This place sucks! I called them at 7:40 pm on Monday night 9/9, asked if they could see my son and we were 7 minutes away. I was told they would try. He has a horrible sore throat. When we arrived they rola him they weee capped off at 7:15! No one would fess up to say they spoke to us! Incompetence and ignorant people that only care about leaving by 8:00 pm. I wonder how they would feel if it was their own child! Don’t go there!!
