THIS is in my opinion the best lab is south coast! They are FAST, efficient, and very pleasant!!
I've been going to this lab for years! The check in Kiosk makes it difficult for some. Especially if you aren't techy. But the staff are always ready and willing to help. And once I thought I had checked in and within 5 minutes, I had someone ask what my name was. I somehow made error when checking in but they took notice!
Highly recommend!

Love this lab, great ladies. My only complaint is they have a new girl there and she has no personality whatsoever. I think I'll try the over the top personality to her next time, see if she responds to it or she just isn't friendly at all. Wish me luck.

Very clean. Have used this lab location several times the past few years. Wait time is usually just a few minutes. Check in is electronic & very easy to use. Be sure to have your driver's license/state ID, your insurance card & lab slip unless your doctor entered indirectly into the computer system. Floor their rules & you'll be in & out quickly .

While these folks may be skilled at their work but patient communication is definitely not their forte. Last week while getting my lab done the technician told me that the results will be in mycharts by the end of day. Eight days down and many phone messages left the results are no where in sight. They do not bother to pickup the phone or have decency to return messages.

Once you get past the non- human electronic directory hanging on the wall, things get better. Warm friendly staff were ready to greet me after stepping out of the elevator and up to the counter. I was pleased to find ultra modern low dose x-ray which took fear out the procedure. On the second procedure, I was equally surprised that the changing room was connected directly to the test area . No more sitting in a shared waiting area while in your hospital gown. For those who like to exercise the stairs we're well light with natural window light.
