Very disappointed and upset on how the office staff and doctors or lack of treated me. I am a patient of Dr.Bae and will soon be a former patient. I called the office on several occasions requesting a call back from Dr. Bae because I was having urinary symptoms and I have a history of kidney stones. He never called me back and then I found out he was away so why the hell didn’t they tell me that to begin with! I had a ct scan ordered by my pcp since I was unable to get in touch with Dr. Bae. I asked the office if the covering doctor could please call me to go over my results in detail since my pcp Dr. McGowen doesn’t explain things that well and always refers me back to the specialist. I must have left 4 messages with the urology office and still no call back from them so that was the final straw! I must add that I spoke with the office manager Kyle regarding this matter and she showed absolutely no compassion or remorse towards me plus I filed a complaint with the patient experience department but that never amounts to anything either. I also paged the covering doctor but instead a PA called me who was not helpful at all! I will go to another Urologist at Beth Israel who will treat me with respect and compassion because Southcoast Urology certainly does not!!! I am truly appalled by this practice and I deserve better especially being an ovarian cancer survivor!
A quick update: Several days ago I thought I’d reach out once again to the Drs here at Southcoast Urology in Fall River following a bad UTI but nobody not even the nurses bothered to call me back!! I find this shameful and neglectful and I vow never to call this place ever again!!!

By far worst experience I’ve ever had. Hope no one has a serious issue because you will just get yelled at on the the phone. Larissa has no manners not sure how you got a job working in health care when you yell at clients on the phone. Horrible experience.

This place is an absolute joke. I went for certain urinary symptoms and they immediately diagnosed me with a bacterial infection without even testing for one. Patrick Kelty shouldn't even be allowed to practice. I refuse to even call him a doctor because he doesn't deserve that title. Prescribed multiple courses of antibiotics with no relief. I asked him a simple question and he was taken back and responded with "I've been doing this a long time". What a joke. My primary care physician did more for me than this clown. Take your money and time somewhere else

I have been a patient of Urology, Inc. since 1998 and have been very satisfied with all aspects of treatment with them. They did not hesitate to refer me to Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA when they felt that my problem was beyond their expertise. I have had several other procedures done by them and have been completely satisfied with the results.
To respond to another patients review of Urology, Inc., I would like to say that I wish that my issues could have been resolved by simply paying $40.00 and taking an OTC medication.

Waste of a sick day, an hour of my time, $40 co-pay after being referred by my primary, only to be told to take Aleve.. well duh, that’s what the internet and common sense is for!! If I wanted to take Aleve for the rest of my life and kill my liver living with low-moderate pain, I wouldn’t be going to see a “specialist” to find the root cause of a serious problem. I came here to get an answer to my questions and all were brushed off with generic “well that can happen” answers. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere where real medical information can be offered (not Fall River). Very VERY Highly dissatisfied and would not recommend wasting your time or money here.
