I would like to leave a review for the best Southeast Diabetes representative I have had during my 9 years of being diabetic! Dylan Smith just recently started issuing my family of 3 diabetics Dexcom and Pump supplies he is so fast, efficient, and very communicative. I really appreciate this after some lack of communication in the past with supplies. Thank you Dylan Smith and I hope this review goes to the right place!

Shay is the reason I gave a higher review. My order was being "processed" for weeks and was having a hard time getting a hold of the right people to talk to. Shay got back to me as my original case worker was out of office. Since then, she has been in constant contact to make sure that the right order was processed. Shay is great, but the company needs to give her more support to complete orders in a timely fashion.

It took me a few days before I could reach anyone or get any assistance, however Jayda finally reached out to me and was eager to assist me with everything I needed. She was on task and quick get everything set up for me, she even informed me when she had processed everything and that my supplies were on my way. Hopeful that I continue to receive this great customer service.

They’ve gone downhill over the past year or two. 9 times out of 10, the people you get on the phone are polite and helpful. Other than that, go elsewhere. Nearly impossible to get any kind of receipt or record. Shipments are inconsistent and have been late recently. They’ve run my insurance wrong and charged me way too much. Can’t recommend them.

DO NOT USE FOR DIABETIC SUPPLIES!!! This company let my mother run out of her diabetic supplies. She called on the 9th to make sure they were shipping her supplies, then followed up the next week and the week after. Each time they said that it had not been shipped. She asked them to please send it. Today, the 18th, she ran out! I called to get to the bottom of it today and the order had still not shipped! Horrible to do this to diabetic patients. It is wrong. This company needs to go out of business.
