I came here today for some wound care for a recent procedure, the weight was very short and all of the staff was very friendly. My nurse was Donna and she was great, communicated everything that was about to happen and was even willing to take some photos of my wound so I could see the progress of it.

There's plenty of parking in the back of the building and the waiting room is large

My first Visit, Staff was wonderful from the front desk to the final nurse that took care of me. Also the Dr was very compassionate and really calmed my fears even with cleaning the wound he was gentle and made sure I was in no discomfort. Thank You all for taking such good care of me and helping me get on the road to mend my wound.

Dr. McDonald & his staff took wonderful care of my mom today. She struggles significantly with anxiety at the doctors office and all were so kind, patient, and compassionate with her. We appreciate you!

Great with helping wound victims but seriously need to work on speed. Appointment at 11:30 but waited an hour and a half in the waiting room just to wait further for the doctor in the patient room. Waiting for everything even to use restroom since there's only one unisex restroom. Y'all need to hire more help. Also you're supposed to clean rooms after each patient but blood and gloves was on floor if the room we were in.

Severe lack of communication and clashing between doctors. One will tell you one thing while different one tells you something else. One doctor told my husband that the wound vac was working and wanted to continue using it while another doctor claims it isn't working and wants to put a cast on him instead and discontinue the wound vac because he is inpatient and doesn't want to do his job. Two days later the cast has to be removed because it not only caused his wound to become infected but also caused a new wound to form. So now my husband is in the hospital. The hospital said the cast should have never been put on because it cut off circulation and oxygen that the wound needed to heal. Rude people at the desk when you call them and remind them to communicate with other doctors because it's causing issues. If you don't want to do your job then quit and hire people who want to work for their paycheck. Not paying you to ride the clock. If you don't know what to do then refer him to someone who does rather than keeping them sick so they have to keep coming back. But most doctors around here don't genuinely care for their patients and are just milking insurance

Terrible place. Only one doctor and ge us slow as molasses in ttime. My wife waited 2 hours before being worked on.

1 1/2 hours.... still waiting in pain... others have been here 2 hours...thankful for help but frustrated.... I'm told it's like this allott... not sure why.
