Dr. Ukachi is an awesome doctor! The nurses he’d employed in the past were nice and professional! The ppl he has now serving as nurses are unprofessional and rude (over the phone of course)! The wait time is horrible! Coming in for an appointment scheduled at 11am you may be seen at about 12:15... If you come as a walk in you may be seen before the practice closes although you may be the only one in the lobby! I personally like the Dr., but I am considering changing practices because I am not a fan of the ppl he employ!

This was an adventure to say the least first of all I guess they got upset because I was joking about paying before i saw the doctor I made a joke about what if I don't like him do I get my money back think I made him mad who knew. Anyway turned out he didn't like me treated me like a second class citizen when he came in the room he acted like he wished he was in another place. Anyway he ended up saying I needed to see some other doctor which is his right. I just cant believe that he was so childish.

One of the personal questions asked that you fill out for doctor is DO YOU OWN GUNS what does that have to do with being sick my answer was Why that might have ticked him off!l

Used to be my primary doctor, but since I have UNITED HEALTHCARE he won't see me. It may have worked out for the better because I was looking for another doctor anyways. He can be rude at times but once you give him a taste of his own meds, he will adjust quickly. ✌️

Unprofessionally rude! His staff is great but his heart is obviously not in his job! People want to see doctors they trust and make them feel as though they care and listen to what you feel to get to the root of the issue but you definitely won’t get that from him!!!

Steer clear of this doctor! Dr Ukachi accused my fiance of being a pill popping Dr shopper!!! She is only prescribed a med for her thyroid deficiency and has never in her life taken any medicine for any purpose to get a high of any sort. We have a 14 month old son and Medicare sent her to him. AMAZINGLY this man had the nerve to look back at the chart and realized he had confused her with a different patient and that he thought his records showed Prozak being previously written and it was Prilosec for heart burn! Idiot! The damage this man caused in a short 20 minute visit my fiance will be permanently scarred from. More than I can type. To top it all off, the form she came home with read "Discharge Instructions" and reason for discharge was BIPOLAR DISORDER! What He suddenly hands her this form and said he is no longer her doctor and that she would be reassigned to a different primary. I am literally baffled and appalled by this mans actions and he owes my fiance an apology for causing a 15 minute anxiety attack in his parking lot balling her eyes out and scared unable to drive. Dr Ukachi you will not survive in this small community treating patients this way. 50% of your reviews back up these words and you need to find something else to do with your degree because your people skills suck and your job isn't to hurt feelings and put people down. Jerk!

Terrible doctor. Just don’t even bother. He’s rude and he’ll be extremely short with you. He doesn’t even listen to what you need to say. He runs the whole appointment.

Dr. Ukachi is a very good doctor to me. He has treated me very good. His staff is good they treat you very good and they are friendly.
