Southeastern Medical supplies provide me with a scooter for me to use that my insurance purchased through them. The service is amazing and go above and beyond. I had several calls due to issues with the scooter. They have had techs come and fix multiple times. Recently my scooter broke down and they took it for service and gave me a loaner to use. As of today when I spoke to customer service they informed me that there's still issues with my scooter and they are replacing it with a new scooter under their company's warranty. I applaud a company that stands behind the products they supply and I'm so glad because my scooter gives me my independence to live my life to the fullest. Thank you for your Stand up company and service you provided to the community.

Customer service at Southeastern Medical Supply was excellent despite the fact that I unintentionally gave them very little time to fulfill my needs. However, they were very kind and delivered my wheelchair the same evening the order was set up. Kudos to Southeastern Medical Supply!!

Southeastern Medical Supply was a godsend to us in our time of need. Other suppliers had very poor ratings for both equipment and service. All of our questions regarding what was covered(or not) thru Medicare and our insurance were explained. The set up and step by step instructions on proper use of the equipment made operation simple and easy. Meghan, Brittany and Luis were a pleasure to work with and treated us with courtesy and efficiency. Thank you all for your caring assistance.
