My PCP (Dr García), therapist (Dr Edna) and everyone at the clinic have been stellar. Always responsive, friendly and helpful. The quality of their service reminds me of public healthcare back home in Spain, giving me a peace of mind with my health that I couldn't take for granted when I moved to the US. Also the fact that they can speak in Spanish if requested is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Incompetent. Id try another clinic as well. Id come here if you have a simple condition. Receptionist have improved but when the clinic had just opened up they were domineering. The dental assistant there give stupid unsolicited advice but the dentist did amazing. Doctor wise? Eh, an older guy there is bitter and doesn't like being inconvenienced. I hope they improve for the sake of the community.

The doctor here made me feel VERY uncomfortable...He was full of sarcasm and did not take my symptoms seriously. He also used very strong medical terms that patients should never be expose to as "The Dark Zone." and he was very strong on pushing a vaccine shot on myself. I left the place more afraid than when I came in...aside from that staff was really nice comfortable and welcoming.

I recently visited SCMC and had an excellent experience. Ashley O, Jenny, and Carmen were professional and friendly, making the check-in process seamless and efficient. During the visit, the provider Clemrose was thorough and attentive, taking the time to address all my questions and concerns. Overall, the level of care and professionalism was outstanding, and I highly recommend this clinic.

This feedback is specifically for Jocelyn L. from the Referrals Dept. I was having so much confusion with my referrals and Jocelyn have been extremely helpful navigating me through the entire process. She went above and beyond her responsibilities to ensure that my referrals went through and with such patience and great follow-up. I truly want to thank her because if it wasn’t for her help I’m pretty sure I’d still be making endless phone calls and getting the run around.
