The two ladies that were at the front desk were just EXCELLENT! But let me tell you about Dr. McLeod's wife which is the one that I had to see because my medical doctor did not get me a referral through my insurance. This lady comes in and flops in the chair legs all thrown over the arm of the chair. I tell here that I am having problems adjusting to the CPAP. She said "well that too bad its something you need to get use to because you are over weight so while you are sitting around the house watching tv all day you can just put your CPAP mask on until you get use to it." I quickly knew what I was dealing with and knew that I would not be back. I told her that I have a full-time job and that I could not wear a mask all day. After that I would go to say something and she would just interrupt me. As a doctor you should have what they call "bedside manners" and this lady did not have not a one!! If she treats all her patients like this she needs to be FIRED!! DO NOT SEE HER !!!!
