I called the office just over two weeks ago to get my husband and myself setup as new patients. The woman I spoke to seems kind and helpful! I was told we would need to come in to fill out new patient paperwork prior to getting setup with an appointment. I asked if we could fill out the patient forms online rather than going to the office and I was told that the files online were out of date. My husband and I went to the office and filled out our paperwork that day after work and were told we would get a call. It's been over two weeks as I mentioned and neither of us have received a call. I called the office twice today with no answer. I went to their website to find an alternate way of reaching them and found an email. I emailed them asking about our paperwork and said they could reach me by phone or email then received a bounce back email showing the email address was invalid and I copied it directly from their site.

Overall, the office is beautiful and clean and the interactions I had with the associates seemed just fine! In the end, their paperwork isn't updated on their site and clients have to go in office to fill out paperwork on a day separate from their appointment. On top of that, the email listed is invalid and there isn't someone consistently answering the phone or even a voice-mail setup for your call to be returned if its missed. I am not sure if both our paperwork was missed or lost. I was told on my initial call that the office had available appointments within the next two weeks so it seems odd that we wouldn't have gotten a call by now. Overall the impression we have been given comes across pretty unprofessional to be honest.

The doctors and their courteous, knowledgeable staff do a very fine job of taking care of their patients here at Southern Health in Troy. My experience has been with Dr. Law and to say the least, he is kind, attentive and through with his exam and treatment recommendations. The excellent facilities here make visiting this office a pleasure to visit.

Dr. Law is a compassionate, thorough doctor. He takes time with his patients and his staff is friendly and efficient. Even on telehealth appts during covid, he has listened and cared. The office visit was efficient during covid as well. They took their patients health and safety seriously. Incredible doctor.

Care in the facility was great. Friendly people who want to help. The computer system has glitches, however, so double-check prescriptions are getting sent accurately, etc.

5-stars if/when they sort that out.
