First time colonoscopy at below average age, Dr vrees and all the nurses/staff were very respectful, informative, and entertaining. Not sure what all the 1 star reviews are for, they put me at ease and made it more of a pleasant experience than you'd expect. Thanks all, keep up the good work.

I would give more than 3 stars. The place was very nice, and everyone was very professional. Unfortunately, I ended paying more than I ended up owing based on my insurance contribution changing. To get a refund from them for over-payment takes months. And, you have to ask first. They don't just figure it out and send you the money. So, I caution anyone who goes here or to any St. Anne's hospital to think twice about how much you put down for a deposit. Pay up-front the lowest amount they will accept.

You need to complete lengthy forms and questionnaires prior to your scheduled surgery. What they don't tell you, however, is that they estimate the total cost and have you pay upfront, during the check-in procedure. In my case, they showed me a printout with my insurance name and the percentage (20%) that my insurance charge as my co-insurance for the in-network facility.
The problem is that they have NOT actually contacted my insurance to get a pre-authorization. The total charge they show you is apparently based on the full blown prices that after the insurance discount become the "negotiated" or actual price that insurance will pay them and based on which my actual 20% should have been charged. In my case they wanted more than $12K for a 20-minute removal of a skin cyst, and correspondingly more than $2,000 upfront. Then again, they did not bother to actually contact my insurance, obtain the negotiated price and charge me based on that. Or, send the claim to insurance and bill me thereafter, which I believe is the normal medical practice.

I would never go back to have surgery at this place again. Never had problems with my neck. Dr Harmina, didn't finish the surgery I had a tube put down my throat and never had issues with my throat and now I do. And had to get a breathing treatment done.

Let me go through all the prep for a colonoscopy just to have the anesthesiaoligist decide my BMI is too much. They had this info prior. There were no surprises. Glad I $#!+ my brains out all night for nothing!

I just had foot surgery there yesterday, my maiden name is Sonia Villetti and I couldn't wait to write this review. I received the best care from my pre-op nursr, Diane to my post-op Connie and I apologize couldn't remember the 2nd but their experience in nursing definitely showed . All 3 ladies clearly love what they do and today that's hard to find. The entire center is very well run and clean. Thank you so much my 3 musketerrs, your warm and genuine bed side manners made my day!!!

This place is an absolute SCAM!! Avoid at all costs. Misdiagnosed a loved one of mine and refuses to show the MRI proving the diagnosis. Absolute money grab!!!! Highly recommend seeking care elsewhere.

Long wait time, when you arrive. They tell you to come early just to sit in waiting room, most employees aren't even in the building yet. Then god forbid you want to wait with a loved one before surgery they were rude & just kicked me out without being able to at least say good luck & kiss my daughter good bye. I felt weird leaving my daughter with the wonky eyed anestheiologost wasn't sure he could even see straight, He was the rude one!!
