I don’t really have a choice but to go to this location which I’m sure others are in the same predicament, but it is not very professional. They never answer the phone, I called and called to reschedule an appointment and they never answered or called back and then told me I was marked as a no call no show. Previously they scheduled my son’s appointment for 8am and whomever opens the doors didn’t arrive until 8:15. Whenever the doctor tells me to ask my document questions at the front desk, they act like I speak another language. Definitely no help here, I go in for virtual visits with a doc from PHX and I dread it every time!

Don't waste your time. They say that they have phone issues, yet those issues are not fixed. It cannot be that complicated to fix phone issues. They are working with mentally ill people. I had been trying to talk to someone about my daughter who was experiencing suicidal thoughts and ideation. I could not get ahold of anyone. My daughter attempted to kill herself and is now in an inpatient facility. I feel that this could have been mediated if they picked up the phone and listened to my concerns about her new symptoms since increasing her medication. I emailed multiple people. The emails always came back as undeliverable yet I have received emails from them in the past from the same emails. I emailed their email that they say to email and it took them days to get back to me. The only reason they got back to me is because I now have a lawyer involved. They called me once on June 11th, 2024 and left me a message but I was with my daughters doctors. I have tried to call back and to no surprise no one has answered. Guess I will have the lawyers deal with it. Do not send your loved ones here. Do not recommend this place to anyone. I am working with state officials to have this place investigated and possibly fined and shut down. They receive a lot of state money but are not dealing with their clients effectively. I also tried calling other locations and they are no help.

Everyone do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Completely unprofessional, never pick up the phone, eating right at the front desk, and are never helpful. My daughter used to go here about a couple years ago and I ended up switching to a different location. The doctor she had seen there completely unprofessional and he seemed intoxicated. All the staff completely rude and unhelpful!

I ONLY gave them 1 start because I LOVE my therapist from here! Ugh where do I begin with this place?! When you want to call to make an appt you have to call 5+ times in a row just to get someone to FINALLY answer and they blame it on "phone issues". Then when you finally get thru the wait list for the next available appt is 30+ days out but that's ok because they will give your a bridge for meds until you get to your appt. If you need meds adjusted? Oh well they don't care you have to wait that 30+ days. They don't even offer a different provider in the office to possibly see you sooner than your original dr. OH THE BEST PART!!! They have called me SAME DAY of my appt and CANCELED on me and told me I had to wait an ADDITIONAL 30+ days for the next available appt slot SEVERAL TIMES!!!

I'm struggling to find the benefits in this facility and why I should stay as a loyal client

Front desk clerks are rude and they never answer the phone! However, I am very happy with my provider, Alex Suarez Mendez. He's awesome!

It’s terrifying that you cannot reach anyone at this facility by phone. Plan on taking 45 minutes to continually call until you reach someone. The therapists are great but the customer service employees are HORRIBLE.

This place is a joke!

Good luck making an appointment because they do not answer the phone. When they do, they invalidate you! Their staff leaves a lot to be desired.

EDIT: after receiving a reply, I called and got VM. Good job at failing once again.

If you know there is a phone issue, WHY isn't it fixed? Aren't you funded with government money? Maybe they should know about your business practices.

**I called the admin offices in hopes I could leave a message and someone would reach out to me. The (older sounding) "receptionist" would not give me her name when I asked, she cut me off and sent me straight to VM. While leaving a message, I was disconnected so, I called back. When I asked her name she refused to give me her name. She interrupted me when I explained to her I wanted to speak to someone about the buckeye clinic. She hung up on me. This is the kind of service you can expect to receive.
