I came in the night of 12/26 for induction and gave birth to my baby girl Aspen on 12/28. I can’t put into words how much I appreciate all of the nurses and doctors who took care of me. They were true Angels. I will never forget the love, kindness and encouragement they gave me. My whole experience at Rancho Springs was above and beyond.

My experience with giving birth to our second daughter was so special & made me feel like a priority from the very beginning. I felt like I received the treatment of a celebrity with every nurse checking on me, especially during shifts changes. They cared about my health & recovery as well as the babies & made it a top priority. I would highly recommend to friends!

Yesterday was an awful day for myself, broke my right ankle in two places, but thank God I ended up at Southwest Rancho Springs hospital. Since i arrived, the very moment Matt the nurse helped me get into the wheelchair...Until when I was discharged, having Desiree help me with my insurance situation, it was all a process that was easy because of the team taking care of me. I was in pain, horrible pain BUT having a team with Jenn the ER nurse and Valeria the NP, taking care of my needs, and Rocio RN checking up on me constantly, was amazing. I couldn't stop thanking them. I'm home now with a cast, but am super grateful for their help and their kindness during a difficult time. I truly truly mean it when I say, thank you to you all. I really appreciate you and will never forget you.

I am so grateful for Rancho Springs. I was antepartum for a few weeks. They went above and beyond for my family setting up trick or treating since I was unable to take them. Nina the director we greatly appreciate you doing that it’s a core memory we all will remember. Your kindness shows thank you. The nurses here are incredible I got the best nurses and am so grateful for every single one. Postpartum nurses were incredible. The doctors are outstanding. The Nicu here is incredible. Even the cleaning staff goes above and beyond. This hospital is 20 stars out of 10. Best hospital to give birth at I highly recommend coming here if you live In riverside county. You will not be disappointed.

I came in with pneumonia symptoms at 28 weeks pregnant and they got me a room in Labor & Delivery right away. The entire staff was so kind, calm, and attentive. They were very thorough in their examinations and made sure I got the care I needed. Since they don’t normally treat pneumonia in L&D, I was told they would likely be sending me downstairs to the ER. But since it was so busy down there they ended up keeping me and treating me in L&D. I felt very taken care of the entire time. Special shoutout to nurse Becky.
