Nothing but good experience when I call to order my son's diabetic supplies. Very helpful and thorough in explaining anything that I may have a question about. Shipping supplies always arrive promptly.

I had to get home medical equipment from this business. I asked for an estimate, because I had another place to get my equipment from. 5 months later, when they finally sent the bill, it was more than 10x the "estimate". I never actually needed the equipment, so I tried to return it, but was told I could only return within 10 days. So- they can wait 5 months to tell you how much your equipment is, but you can only return for 10 days, before you actually know the cost. And the estimate was not an estimate, it was an aloof guess, at best, or a lie at worst. Not to mention everyone I talked to was rude and seemed like I was bothering them. I understand and trust all the bad reviews now.

My husband is recently on hospice which is a sad scary time. I love that they are delivery only or nurse pick up but I have never had a pharmacy complain about a patient having concerns or questions regarding meds. Getting told "the pharmacy has asked that you don't ask them questions and to Google your consernes instead of bothering them"

WHAT!!?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? We are supposed to trust you to give us meds but can't ask questions! So patients are to be seen and not heard. There's a guy Edwin....he is a pharm guy and my husband had questions regarding his pain meds and mixing them with other meds and he doesn't speak to strangers well and Edwin made him feel uncomfortable so myself being his wife and a speaker by trade, I spoke for my husband. This Edwin dude went and told a nurse at the hospice center that he felt it was strange I had so many questions and to ask us not to call so much..ohhh wow okay. My lawyer is on notice. But the rest of the staff is polite but being told my husband isn't allowed to ask questions about what he is putting into his body is wrong.

Their billing and accounting department is absolutely terrible. They sent a bill from March to collections that was not sent to me because insurance was behind. I paid multiple months after March and no one mentioned the March oversight. I pay my bills and they said that there was nothing they could do to fix the issue. They are wrong and please be careful when dealing with this company.

Their customer service is awful. I'm in a wheelchair and need a seat cushion because of back pain. Most cushions don't help and there is a specific kind that does a good job.

It finally wore out so I requested another one thru Medicaid. Instead, Southwest gives a super cheap cushion instead. When I try to get a better cushion they said, "Sorry, we're not taking it back and your insurance won't cover another one for 3 years."

That's a joke and sounds like a scam.

Most of the pharmacy’s staff is great but there billing is in bad shape. They have a low cost program great but they only count your income, Not what’s going out so your deductible is a lot higher. The people in billing acts like the money is coming out of there own pocket!
When it comes time to renew they do not inform you. It’s your responsibility they say.
What’s sad to say is billing is in the same building as pharmacy but don’t work under the same rules. Medicare needs to look deeply into there practice!

They are getting so cheap with their supplies My father is on a feeding tube and they are giving us half of what he needs for his bags only three connections for a box of 60 and they say they're not allowed to give any more but they're getting paid more through the insurance so they're cheap and they're skating on their customers and they don't care about their customer's health. How can they be a medical pharmacy and not know that that is disgusting and completely unsanitary it is way too hard to clean those. I'm reporting them to the insurance company

They are knowledgeable, courteous, and most willing to assist me with all of my diabetes related medical needs.
