During my visit, the doctor I saw said he would check on the price of treatment he recommended (that was not covered by insurance) and email it to me. He never did. I joined the patient portal but was never given any kind of summary of the visit. When I called to follow up, the woman I spoke with gave me a different website than the patient portal I had signed up for. When I called again later, I was routed to an office in Tuscon. I asked, "Can you see my previous calls on your screen?" "No." I asked, "Are there two different websites?" She answered, "I don't know." I finally went to the office, and was given a copy of the summary of my visit. I asked if there was any way I could get a price quote for the treatment that was recommended on my first visit. "No, there's no way we can send you that in writing." The ladies in the office said they would talk to the doctor about the price, but no one has followed up yet. This has been my experience with Southwestern Eye Clinic.

It is an absolute joy to have an appointment at the Anthem office.
Ida welcomes us with a warm smile! Shirley walks by with a friendly wave! Sharon expertly checked my eyes and info before my Dr visit! She is responsive and great humor!
Dr C Schaffer is the best, most observant, thorough, caring, vigilant and medically brilliant of any ophthalmologist I have ever had!
I will miss him dreadfully! Excellent Doctor!

Dr Cody Frank and staff were very professional, efficient, and courteous. The exam was very Indepth and very comfortable. Dr Frank answered all my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Southwestern Eye Center in the future. Easy to book an appointment, very little waiting for appointment time, and close proximity to home. What more could I ask for?

First time visit. Appointment and check in process was efficient / courteous. Front desk staff are freindly. Prep by physician's assistant was good. The more detailed examination by Kanwardeep Sidhu, OD was excellent. He was thorough, examined me carefully, did not rush, explained my situation, answered my questions, and has good people skills. I walked away impressed.

The staff in this office is very friendly and professional. Dr Stegner is also nice to work with. I have never had to wait too long and the waiting rooms are clean and comfortable. Love having this office in Anthem!

I had a great experience with Southwestern Eye. Sharon who took me back was very pleasant and professional and she gave me some insight and information regarding my eye exam. Also, Dr. Sidu was very thorough and transparent thru my whole exam. I would recommend Southwestern Eye for your routine eye exam.

My experience as a new patient was outstanding. The staff was helpful and great to work with. Dr. Sidhu was thorough with his recommendations and made me feel at ease. Initially I was hesitant about choosing Southwestern Eye as my new eye care provider but Dr. Sidhu sealed the deal. Thank you, SW Eye Center, for the help and care provided.
